1:27 I rlly like the way you placed the S.P.E.C.I.A.L training rooms, I did something similar but from top to bottom, I admit looks better in the same line
same thing could have been achieved with less cost by removing the first elevator and putting storage rooms instead, has to be done early game since you'll have to send everyone out of the vault or set up living quarters as a first floor which is equally affective as storage its an empty room to buy time from attackers ... this ? is just an ugly useless mess sincerely someone who has had many successful vaults in a short amount of time. i get bored after 23 months when I've crafted everything an manage a vault of 200. survival mode is actually fun
hi, i just started this game. can u give me the list/spreadsheet of what to do from start to end (or atleast start to middle). please. i REALLY want to start off the correct way.
@@legionaryeq Just remember to not rush population as more challenging incidents happen the more people are in your vault. You start getting ghoul raids at 40+ pop and deathclaw raids at 60+. Deathclaws can wipe your vault if you're not careful - so make sure you have half decent weapons and dwellers with decent endurance stats guarding the vault door and rooms on the 1st level before then.
you can only send out 20 at a time though if you have 42 dwellers in training and you have 24 in production/armor/weapon rooms (might be 1 or 2 less if u have mr handys everywhere and the worker dwellers are maxed for the room's stat) youll need 86 dwellers to have 20 out in wasteland, i think 80 can be possible for this but this vault isnt that 95 if you want 3 quest teams 105 if you want ur armor and weapon rooms filled idk why youd only have 7 training rooms though... should have 7x3 training rooms since it takes really long 160-170 dwellers if you want 14*3 training rooms i think, gonna need some workers
@@bridude great question. I just went simply with rushing rooms, completing quests and leaving game on overnight so that your dwellers level up. Having multiple Mr.handy's to collect necessities overnight helps lots with caps also.
Looks like you didn't have 3 Deathclaw attacks in a row when you were 6 dwellers off from the Nuka-Cola factory and you just sent 3 dwellers out with your best gear to complete a really hard quest. FML
Nice work, I have a same elevator layout but one that encloses everything at the bottom half of my vault (borders of elevators). Ive decided to start another vault after not playing for a while. Maybe change stuff I havent considered before. But my question is; you mentioned placing the overseer office where its "hard to locate" I cant think of a reason for this after thinking long and hard lol.
i am kinda new to fallout shelter but why do people put weird layouts for their elevators + why do they put same rooms next to eachother + how do people change how their vaults look like i see people that have nuclear reactors infront of the vault gate but they defiantly didnt start the vault with the nuclear reactor so like do they remove the entire vault and rebuild it after getting stacked or what?
Very interesting layout. My concern would be the empty rooms near the bottom all touching each other because if a fire or infestation were to happen, it would spread rapidly.
I have a very similar philosphy when it comes to my enjoyable number of vault dwellers, and layout to minimize events, etc. *** i HATE Radscorpians. hahahaha

Hey here's a tip never sent out dwellers just out cuz it's a low chance to get power armor only do quest and missions/lunch boxs also get max lucky and endurance saw your dweller stay alive on missions
Is there a benefit in getting everyone maxed stats as opposed to only the room stat-endurance-maybe luck?do you get bonus points for going over level 10 on a stat? Why wait and get 10 strength when 7 plus 3 from uniforms is the same thing? Or is there no cap on stats and 10+3 strength is better than 10?
honestly meh this is a giant mess, i have a vault I've had for 3 months now I've 150 dwellers and special are average 9.5 as they're still in training. endurance of ten. no need to waste all that money on such a bad set up. living quarters and about 10 storage rooms create their own vault at the bottom connected by elevaators, nuka plants cover all food and water so everyone can focus on training and crafting, like 3 floors of crafting and the double oom along the side serves as all the STORAGE for stims n radaway only 2 are fully upgraded for production. at the front its weapons stations attackers run into because everyone in there is a top dweller trained from lvl 1 so endurance is at its max at each level up, there's no point to hiding the control room just let it be a time buying room by putting it up near the entrance, usually good in front of special rooms buys you time to exchange who ever you might need to or dequip and re equip weapons depending on your quest. in all honestly this is honestly the least functional most annoying waste of caps I've ever seen in a vault. will happily show people a vault that works much better in a faster time and with more dwellers after al the aim of the game is being able to house as many dwellers without fucking up your stats. I'm currently just waiting on a few outliers to train specials before i go ahead and let any more in.
