You're actually running so if you mess up you're likely going ass over tea kettle. Even with safety gear that'll hurt at 40 miles per hour. Tripping at 70 miles per hour could easily kill you.

Now we just need some psychotic millionaire to try some of of these gadgets together. The ostrich boots could probably work built into the Skeletonics exoskeleton. The explosion-proof suit seems like it would fit the wearer while they controlled the exoskeleton. The Doc-Ock arms look as though they could be attached to the exoskeleton and controlled the same way they already are. Finally, these all put together seem like they'd still be lightweight enough for either the jet-pack or hoverboard. You're still not going to be superhuman enough to take on an armed soldier, the internal suit may be bulletproof but the "superpower-granting" equipment still obviously isn't. Still, that would still be an awesome mock-Iron-Man getup that would be amazing to set up and record.

This video is a lie. The boots can let you run at 40 kph not 40 mph. That's a huge difference. 25 mph and 15 mph at a jog. That's nothing like 40 mph. 25 mph is the Max speed someone has ran with the boots. 27 mph is the fastest someone has ran without them. Doesn't seem very impressive
