I know I'm going to hell, but when he walks in the store and yells HEY really loud and that old man turns around like it scared the shit out of him has me crying laughing. I do truly feel bad for the man as I can see he can't control it. Especially as a kid.

My aunt (1917-2006) had Tourette's and would periodically jump like someone had goosed her and say strange things (often related to food) but the rest of the time she was pretty mellow.
I have tourette but I only do it when nobody stares at me. It takes energy and focus to hide. But sometimes when iam alone and twitching like an idiot when someone saw me they woukd think I need professional help. :-) I gave up getting rif of it I just dont care anymore.
