My kind of love is unconditional. You can change from one day to the next. So also can your spouse. It has to do with the aging process. When you are young/hormonal vs not...for example. People need to be aware of their own body chemistry and respect it. If you feel unhappy in your life, change yourself rather than trying to change your spouse. If you feel that you need alone time, then do it. In life, be honest with yourself. Admit when you need help, and accept blame when it's your fault. Stay friends with your spouse no matter what. These are lessons I've learned the hard way. Cheers!
