hello john, i have a doubt at 8:05 would we get the value of (g3) everytime or is it not guarenteed? i just moved from india to the United states a month ago and am unfamilier with the SAT and you channel has been very useful
Hey how to do these kind of questions f x( ) = (x − 10)( x + 13) The function f is defined by the given equation. For what value of x does f (x) reach its minimum?
Videos are really helpful 💪🏽, what would you recommend, im trying to get 160+ points more in the december sat , im a senior and got at 1010 in my first time without studying , (i know the score sucks ) I’ve been doing khan academy 2 hours at day for the past week..😩🙏🏽
Considering the time you have left, I would mainly focus on writing (minimum investment, maximum improvement). For math, spend about a week reviewing the concepts on the panda math book & do practice exams. Focus on getting the easy questions right (ones in the beginning of each section).
I'm a sophomore from Turkey. I got 720 eng 720 math from October 2020 SAT. I want to get 800 from March SAT Math so that I can superscore to 1520. It's harder to go from 720 to 800 than going from 620 to 720. Do you have any tips? Thank you!
You should join my program and I will get you there. Kidding, not really, but, at your score range, you are probably missing all your points due to either being shaky on a few concepts or making silly mistakes. Like you can blaze through most of the questions on the section, but there are a few things you need to put final touches on. You have to identify why you are missing those questions and fix it so it won't happen again.
@@ibrahimeren7089 selam, khan academy'den çalıştım. onun dışında başka kaynağım yoktu ama internette sat kelimelerine falan da baktım. reading kısmın düşükse ingilizce kitap okuyabilirsin, ben öyle yaptım. günlük pratik yap ve deneme çöz. umarım faydalı olmuştur.
To get better at hard questions, you literally have to just sit there and force yourself to solve them without looking at the answer. This is something I do often with my students and I would spend about 40 minutes on one question, forcing them to solve it. It sucks at first, but you see significant improvement. Recommend giving a shot
@@AhmedElWakil911 for math, take a practice exam, look at the wrong questions & identify which concepts (you will be missing the same types at your level). Then study those concepts (videos in my channel will be helpful), redo the wrong questions, and take another practice exam (rinse & repeat). Also, if you are making mistakes, find out exactly WHY you are making them. For r/w - focus on writing (not much you can do with reading given the time left). Same drill as math - look at what you got wrong, study those concepts, redo the wrong questions, and take another practice exam.
John Jung - The Admission Hackers on the KhanAcademy sat prep website they have a category called structure in expressions which deals with different expressions and how to interpret them. Focuses on difference of squares and stuff like that. I’m struggling there:(
