  • Unfortunately, this is not one of my recordings. I found it a long while back, and had heard that it was played by Domeniconi himself, but has not been confirmed. I have tried to find it again, but it is nowhere to be seen or heard on any other space on this global network! So I thought I would try and preserve it here.
It is my favourite recording of these variations, and brings out certain areas in a very different way. Very fluent, especially the finale!

This is amazing! It can only be Carlo Domeniconi himself. The attack of the fingers on the strings is quite strong and distinct and he does some ornamentation in places which is not in the score!! A recording worth keeping for posterity. I have been listening to this one today by different guitarists and this by far is the best version of this composition.

I can clearly say this is not Domeniconi's recording. This one belongs to Ioannis Andronoglou. Here is the video recording of the performance. This one also is my favorite :)
