Jake Ingles wat they did was to stop the distant exploit of nidalee so basically instead of damage being calculated from the distance of the spear and the opponent, the damage now comes from the inital throw point to the target, so basically they wanted to stop strats like javelin toss to cougar to pounce as to force a max distance spear and to be safe throwing it, the trap nerf is by far worst, loss of 4 seconds of vision only thing i'm glad about they didnt nerf the heal. so what this nerf does is to basically force u to either throw the max distance spear regularly or to not do so at all, only thing that kinda annoys me now is that i'm gonna need new runes for her -_-'
Gabe Newell on the bright side, now you can follow in your spear without sacrificing damage. very situational silver lining lol, but ganks and chasing are now kinda improved, since movement towards the target doesn't decrease damage.
Because chalice allows you to poke with a high mana regen, and give better stats than a tog at first buy, what means you have more overall sustain to roam. Not often i buy it and just go back to lane after having money to buy a rabadons.

It's simple, if it's a melee creep it's usually 2 tower it and one AA, if it's ranged creep it's one tower hit and 1 AA or (if you don't have much of AP) it's 1 AA 1 tower hit then one AA !
