- The trial of Young Thug and his YSL co-defendants continues with day 18 of testimony. Trontavious Stephens, a co-founder of YSL and a friend of the Atlanta rapper, is expected to return to the witness stand for cross-examination. Stephens, also known as "Tick" and "Slug," has been on the stand for the last few days of the trial, answering questions from the prosecution about his connection with the YSL organization, his plea deal, and possible gang connections.
Yesterday, the court was surprised after someone accessed the internal Zoom call and yelled, "Free Thug, mistrial," multiple times.

The judge and prosecutors are all on one side, the defendants have to suffer the burden of proof that they are innocent! So even though judges aren't supposed to be bias as they say believe or not they are always bias! They think the writings are always on the wall.

I am very disappointed with the District Attorney for Fulton County, Atlanta (FANI WILLIS). The defense has already proven that the state jumped the gun and basically lied and cooked up false accusations and infractions, hoping to seek a wrongful conviction. GOD doesn't like ugly that's why she made the news yesterday. The Headline Reads: (Georgia DA accused of improper relationship with prosecutor) You have an innocent man on trial. I pray these young men get off and get (Justice) so they can continue to be great.

I was wondering why court always ends early. It seems like they rarely go for a full day.
This has absolutely nothing to do with a speedy trial. The court has other administration business, those lawyers have other business. There is homework involved with case! If one of the lawyers raised a motion the judge has to read it. Motions contain a lot of legal jargon and can a booklet deep! My grandfather was a judge at the Frank Murphy Hall of Justice for 32 years before retiring. My father is also an attorney. They ALWAYS had documents to read even at home and on the weekend! Having a speedy trial means that you can’t be held in jail for an extended period of time on charges without having bail set or a reason for bail denied. Not that are just flying through the case bc YOU think it’s taking too long. That’s just not how that works! You all have no idea how much preparation and work goes in all of this. When WE see them end court is not when it ends for them! They work many hours off the clock.

"Prosecutorial Misconduct" refers to the unethical or illegal tactics by "Prosecutors" in a criminal case, such as: withholding exculpatory evidence from the defense, making false statements, or. presenting inadmissible evidence to the jury, offering evidence they know to be false or inadmissible (including encouraging witnesses to lie on the stand), and not limited to using improper arguments.
This (Alleged RICO case) is a direct example of "Abuse of Authority" fueled by District Attorney (Fani Willis) in hopes of some sort of Political gain/Popularity Contest.
My personal opinion, as I mentioned much earlier in the trial, this judge is really against every man before him. Not for nothing the prosecutors are all women. Js

In spite of all the interruptions and the constant objections by the prosecution, at least I feel that this cross-examination is going somewhere. There have been some valid points concerning the use of the signs, the stars, the colour red... Some of the objections will be resolved by asking those question to Birdman, Little Wayne.. so the defense will have to do so. The prosecution is forcing the defence's hand..

@genevievehankers5020 I thought I saw that too. By the time the song was ending, I felt pretty emotional too from just watching them all. I can’t imagine what that must be like for them to go through. That song was a masterpiece, and it did so much for Williams/Thug and now it’s being used to try to ruin his life. They’ve ruined that song for him even if he does get out, and I hope he will, I doubt he’ll ever be able to hear or think about Lifestyle again without getting a sickening feeling.
