i was at this concert and he pissed alot of people off by starting the encore with the cliffs of dover intro but then suddenly went into one of his nwe songs, sooo many pissed drunks.
@ejtrademark i think i was only mad because he was like my first concert ide seen in years and i had just got gipped out of Roger Water's Darkside of the Moon shoow so i went and saw EJ for first time and it kinda just really disapointed me, still great show! i meen i guess i should've expected t after he said that bit about telling people it was a Eric Clapton song lol.
@seattlejohn01 I used to think that too...but he's not. He would not do well on a jazz standard unless he rehearsed every note first. Making chord changes during soloing is not his forte, but rocking out on pentatonics...yes he is the master.
His chording is genius. He basically creates his own chords...simply amazing.
I was there too! great show, thanks for posting :)

While i'm glad this vid is here, the sound quality doesn't do EJ justice. Uneven but he seemed on.
@ejtrademark where you pissed he didnt play cliffs of dover too?
are the clean amps Twin Reverbs or Deluxe Reverbs in this one
Count the knobs on them if you can my friend.
@Fretlessjay Not at all. In fact, I thought it was kind of funny. It was a great teaser.
