The Plaintiff's sons are way bigger than the Defendant's son. They definitely chose to bully the Defendant's son because he was smaller and soft spoken. The Plaintiff should be more concerned about her children than the hole in the pool.
@0:43 "sit up and act like you're paying attention" I love Judge Judy. She would have made an excellent Army Drill Sergeant or Marine Drill Instructor😁
God, I hope the Defendant somehow sees the comments on this video. She raised such a nice, respectable young man. I truly hope that this horrible world doesn’t break him down. He seems like a genuine sweet spirit.
The Defendant is absolutely gorgeous......tall and gorgeous. Her son is such a sweetie, well spoken and articulate like his mum. People with a quiet personality usually have a hot temper when angry and provoked.
I believe that boy 100% Water was cold and he wanted to make sure that it was comfortable enough for him to swim in and his friends said forget that get in the water and he started swinging.
i remember this one time i felt completely stuck, like no matter what i did, life just wasn’t moving forward. i tried everything-manifestation journals, vision boards, all that stuff-but it felt like i was missing something. then i stumbled across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it hit different. it wasn’t just about manifesting; it was about understanding the energy i was putting out into the world. honestly, it changed everything. if you’re feeling stuck too, you might want to check out this book.
Xaviers mother did an excellent job with him. Respectful, well spoken, succinct with his answers. I haven’t even seen the other parts and I believe everything he said.
My elementary school had three separate playgrounds for this reason. The school intentionally kept small children and older children from interacting during recess.
I really, really feel bad for the little boy that is the defendant. My parents didn’t allow me to go around those people unsupervised and he doesn’t know any better, but his mother should.
Especially where there is a body of water. It only takes 1” of water to drown … if you are knock out, unconscious and laying face down in an inch of water and your brain tells your lungs to react and inhale, that little inch of water is just enough to fill your nose and your mouth. Very dangerous!
The young defendant presents better than most of the adults I've seen on here. Quick, exact answers and great eye-contact & exchanges with Judge Judy. He's being raised properly, and I love to see it.
The defendant is a well spoken young man. The adult should’ve been watching over a bunch of teenage boys in the pool. I appreciate how the defendant just said he didn’t know instead of making stuff up like boys usually do.
He answered each question swiftly and with such pride. This young man will not be bullied and bet you he will go far in life. Spoke so clearly and direct
so there was this period in my life when i kept attracting the wrong people, wrong opportunities, everything just felt…off. i couldn’t figure out why it kept happening. then one day, a friend mentioned a book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, saying it helped them see the patterns they didn’t even realize they had. i decided to give it a read, and wow, it opened my eyes to how much my own energy was shaping my life. seriously, this book is something else.
i remember this one night i was scrolling aimlessly, feeling like i had hit rock bottom. it felt like nothing i wanted was ever going to happen for me. i don’t know why, but i clicked on this link about the book Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it drew me in. the more i read, the more i felt like it was written just for me. it’s wild how much a single book can change your perspective.
Reminds me of the time I went to a friend's baby shower with my son. My son was 1 of 3 boys there and the youngest (he was 6 and the other boys around 9 or 10) they went outside to play but I could see them. It happened so fast but one boy locked my son and the other in a dog cage together and the other put my son in a chokehold. I ran outside so quick and I lost my 💩 I threatened the boys their mamas got my boy and left. My son has asthma and was hospitalized the month prior. I don't play about my son I almost went to jail that day.
i HATE bullies! I was picked on as a child. The greatest revenge I have is that I make 392k on a bad year. They now just bums on the corner asking me formoney lol. never give them anything even when I know they hungry. Dont bully. It will come back around.
Any parent who does not directly supervise, or have another responsible adult directly supervise, a 12 year old at a swimming pool needs to be prosecuted for reckless endangerment. Things can go wrong very quickly, and children drown in home pools on a regular basis. It is very common. Most countries have laws requiring supervision of children at a swimming pool. Children in a pool MUST be supervised at a pool at all times by someone who can swim and is ready to jump in the water at a moment's notice. Anything less is neglect.
"Used to be close friends" thats so sad. This is either a case of kids being dumb kids but a parent making it worse by suing or even bullying from the older kids
It's probably airing on TV now. I say that because I watched a 4 part series yesterday and afyer I finished it, it was on JJ's show that same day a few minutes later.
I don't think they tried to "off him," just boys goofing around. I would of been annoyed to if that happened to me but i also did dumb shit at those ages
Children just don't think and parents learn the hard way that they have other life lessons to teach their children because if he would have died this would have been a differnet story. Especially if he can't really swim.
Idk about off him kids do stuff like that all the time. But they were definitely bullying him which is why adults should be supervising teenagers and pre teens.
I’m am furious! I know this is a few years back, but I have a 12 year old nephew and all I imagine is him. I can’t stand a bully!!! I hope Xavier finds better friends and listens to his intuition of who to call a friend ❤
This case reminded me of when I was 12 and my cousin Dan was 14. he taunted me and bullied me due to the fact I am gay throughout our teenage years. long story short, he was a bully through and through. and because so he led a very sad life, to say the least. ultimately it was this bully persona that got him killed.
OMG this young man just tugs at my ❤️ he is so respectful and soft spoken..I absolutely believe him!!!!! Them other boys look suspect ASF!!!!!!😢GUILTY ASF!!!!
Xavier deserves everything good in this world! He looked so sad telling the story. I bet they pick on him more now and dont hang. Which they arent great friends.
i used to think manifesting was all about repeating affirmations and hoping for the best. i tried it for months and…nothing. i was so frustrated. then i heard about this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and how it breaks down the science and energy behind manifestation. it’s like it flipped a switch in my brain. once i started applying what i learned, things started falling into place like never before. worth checking out if you’re serious about manifesting.

Poor Xavier. He’s younger and smaller than the other boys and was an easy target. Really hope the bullies get their comeuppance!
He’s a runt. Something’s not adding up.
He’s the smallest but sounds like he’s not afraid to stand up for himself.

Is that due to him being black, that you felt it was important to mention this? It seems so.

Unsupervised teenagers. What could go wrong?
I love and believe Xavier..JJ knew who to go to first.....Theo is a bully
She knew nothing. It didn't matter who she went to first in this case.
14 and 12 can be a big difference developmentally, and in a group setting, supervision is required.
Thanks Dr. Spock.

Seem like very respectful young lads! They’re scared of Judge Judy!
You can tell before Xavier even opens his mouth that just by his mannerisms, he's being bullied. Kid deserves better "friends".
My man kept straight eye contact with JJ.
When you have mixed aged kids you have to be especially vigilant with the younger ones bed they are usually smaller and generally more vulnerable
My elementary school had three separate playgrounds for this reason. The school intentionally kept small children and older children from interacting during recess.

Aw he's so tiny. Theres nothing worse than being dragged into a pool when you dont want to be in there. Poor little fella.
