    Morning calisthenics can be one of the best supplementary practices for fencing off anxiety and even depression.
    They can help you start your day feeling confident, energized, and optimistic!
    Specifically, morning calisthenics can boost:
    - Self-confidence
    - Focus & alertness
    - Creativity
    - Energy levels

    Sadly for me exercise it's the only way that I can sleep well, so I must exercise during the late afternoon (usually after work) because if I do it earlier, most of the time I'm so sleepy that I can't do my job properly 😅

    It was favorite time to train on free days but with a child I don't get that time slot again 🤣 I prefer to train when she is sleeping.

      you can have a little snack, a mix of something that digests fast (for energy) and something that digests slower to calm that feeling of hunger. For example, one medium-sized banana with a teaspoon of almond butter

    Now, there's "morning callisthenics" and there's "sparrow farts - peep of day" callisthenics!
    Me says, go for the later, who needs to sleep ALL night long, anyways?
