They sure are, and it's a shame SMH. The last hardcore gym in my area was Northstar Fitness and it was open 24/7 only like 25 per month for a membership. Back in my early 20s, when I played a season for the Shoremen, a semi pro football team , we had this player Tom Burke that played on there . He was an ex NFL player who played 4 seasons for the Cardinals. He was a beast pushing 5 plates for reps 6'4" 300lbs . He made me look anorexic lol I was only 210-215 back then , but a lot of dudes were getting their gear through him. Shit back in 2007-2009 you could buy the Finaplix pellets at Dan's Feed Ben a farmers supply store in town .
How did we go from why are hardcore gyms dying out to the next question about Valentino getting arrested and a whole different topic? Anything with Vlad on it is culture vulture, whether DJ or this guy. Valentino loves talkin about it.
I love when Greg comes on here because you ask good real questions where as his other 2 podcasts it’s more reparative and friendly so no tough questions or line questions can be asked without having others talking over him or interrupting. Not on purpose but just because the way a group pod cast is. I love Greg when he is alone cause he gives the best opinions and views from a true man living in todays dystopian crazy world where they try to make men the enemy and I also noticed men today are not as manly as the generations before idk if it’s the food or what but something is going on. Compare your grandparents to todays generation they are like different people no testosterone it’s crazy
All those messages momo chain gyms sell 9.99 memberships to beginners who are high school or college age males jam the isles and hog the equipment. Same guys years in polyester pants who never train legs to make the situation even worse.
We have a gym in Cleveland Ohio it was called Black's gym and that was before Westside barbell and all that crap add Black's gym there was a room that if you could squat dad left and bench press a certain amount of weight minimally you were allowed in that room that gem produced some pretty hardcore people
Back in the 70s and 80s in my community most of the hardcore Jim started out in people's garages so if you're from the East side west side or South side north side Eastside had their own basement gems or garage gems out of people's homes they didn't have to worry about paying the exorbitant rent or anything like that and we worked out for free because money was tight back then the only thing required was to come in and keep your damn mouth shut do you work out and then go home
You should bring back the Storytime With Gregg segment that you used to regularly feature on the channel years ago!
I’ve been waiting since I was 16 for the shoulder routine. I’m now 46. Don’t let me die before getting it you Momo Greg.

Gregg is a Good Guy 💯
They are dying because they ask a crazy high monthly membership fee. 70$ a month is insane .
Absoulutely! They overcharge . These dolts don't even understand this instead they blame planet fitness .

Vlad is a weirdo, starts out with hardcore gyms then immediatly jumps into Gregg's prison stories. Weird peeping Tom vibes from this goof

Super irritating hearing the BANG every time he says shit. Are we all babies who burst into tears if we hear a cuss word? Enough.
I’d like Greg if he wasn’t a Trump sycophant
Years ago before youtube i thought Greg was a momo, now i think he’s a great guy 💪
