I got same problem. Visit visa applied begore. But i couldnt take biometric.now applied workpermit i didnt mentioned in visit visa details. So reffused. Can i reapply and get approvel? Which documents submit for get approval?

Hi sir , on 12 aug I applied for study visa permit for canada and i made a mistake on form IMM 1294 ..there was a question that “ Have you previously applied to enter and remain in canada ?” And i selected No ..but in 2020 there was program IEP ( international experience program) which is held by my university and i applied for that and that time i and other many students applied for visitor visa with help of agency but due to covid - 19 the program was cancelled and all the applicant's visa application were withdraw .. I was done with biometrics as well as got UCI number that time .... but honestly i forgot to mention this thing in that form and now i realise that it is essential to mention that information
Now what should i do ???please give me a solution
Do ircc and vfs global have withdrawal application records ?
Due to this mistake will I charge for misrepresentations ?? Will my study visa affect for this ???

Sir IRRC had asked whether you are being represented by someone or you are doing application process by yourself, my representative replied that I am applying by myself, now they said that the email used in your file is used in multiple files, that means you are using representative, therefore it’s a misrepresentation, now they are asking for justification, what should I do?
