How does being a biblical man play out in singleness (incl. lifelong singleness)?

Travis Allen obviously has a very big imagination, however, one must use caution when extracting more from God's Word than it contains, lest one find himself applying extra-biblical interpretation.

Seems to be a lot of reading into the text things that just are not there.

So if a man doesn’t have all these things… he isn’t marriage material? Just curious to know your take on this.

I believe that all men are capable of having all of these things! I think it is a part of who we are. We just need to find it!

GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY SON, JESUS:
Jesus's role is to do God's will and to finish his work (John 4:34). Jesus always tells us who the Father is and that it is God the Father who is the creator of all life. It was God who created Jesus (Colossians 1:15), and Jesus created all things using the power given to him by God his Father (Col 1:18). Jesus is the first who God gave life to; for as the Father has life in himself so has he given to the Son to have life in himself (John 5:26). God sent his Son to us because no man has seen God at any time except Jesus, who has declared him (John 1:18).
Those who believe Jesus came out from God shall be saved, but those that believe not shall be damned. Jesus said *I came forth from the Father* and I come into the world: again, I leave the world and go to the Father” (John 16:28). All who believe in Jesus know that there is the Father, and that the Father is the only true God, and Jesus Christ is the one whom God has sent (John 17:3).

Wrong...JESUS ALWAYS EXISTED... THAT'S WHY HE SAID, TO THE FATHER" NOW GLORIFY ME WITH THE GLORY THAT I HAD WITH YOU BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN ".... that's why Micah 5:2 says HE IS FROM EVERLASTING TO EVERLASTING.... IN THE BEGINNING WAS THE WORD...THE WORD WAS GOD AND THE WORD WAS WITH GOD.

@@MinLeeMajors But Jesus is the firstbegotten *from the dead* (Col 1:18). God created Jesus before the foundations of the world and it was through Jesus that the Father created the heavens and the earth (Heb 1:2). It was Jesus himself who said that the Father gave him life so that he may give that life to us (John 5:26). This is why Jesus is the *appointed HEIR* of all things, for all things are made of God the Father (1 Corinthians 8:6).
It is always God the Father; never will you find 'God the Son' in scripture, nor 'God the Holy Ghost'--these are manmade simplifications, but his words are true.
Jesus told us that it is His Father's *commandment to him* that is life everlasting (John 12:49-50) and that his Father is he who doeth the works (John 14:10).

God has always existed eternally in 3 co-equal coeternal persons. Suggesting that Jesus was created by God is heresy. If Jesus was created at any point then he is not fully God because part of God's nature and attributes is "uncreated"

      Also John 1:1-2.
Paul is not saying in Colossians 1:15 that Jesus is a created being. He is simply showing His significance and preeminence.
In John 5:26, it is demonstrated that mortal life was added to that which was already eternal, for the purpose that an atoning death could even be accomplished. Being of a Divine substance, Jesus had to take on human flesh in order to overcome death that we may as well.

@user-rj8py9ld3j WRONG... JESUS IS GOD the SON...GOD HAS ALWAYS EXISTED... "BEFORE Abraham was I AM"!!!... Romans 9:5 HE is GOD... HEBREWS 1:8...HE IS GOD (THE SON).... look into those who know the Greek and Hebrew language like #JamesWhite ...so you won't misinterpret the passages you have wrong. EVERYTHING WAS CREATED BY CHRIST...
HE HAS NO BEGINNING...you make the same mistakes Jehova Witnesses make....
