@@trixscriptzi figured out how to click and make it go into the inventory, but i still want to know how to limit inventory space to 1 as well as how to make the key disappear when i click on it (meaning how to make it so that it disappears on the ground when it goes to my inv)

it wont work also I want to make my horror game that you can only get one item in your invetory basically saying if you grab a key and grab another key it replaces the first key you got and puts it back in its spot can you help me with that?

Bruh, when I tried the game after putting in the entire script, it didn't work at all, only the sound was heard.
I checked all the lines of code and they were fine.
I keep quiet, I made the door and the DoorFrame but like you but I was only wondering if it was going to work and it didn't work with the one in the video but when I did the same but with the cage it did work
you didn't union the lock right
why did the door didnt open

when i pick up the key, i get stuck in the floor
Make sure if there are multiple pieces in the key you use a weld constraint to connect the handle to each of them

unanchor the handle, beginner mistake lol.
@@trixscriptz it was already unanchored but it didnt let me, so i took another mesh from the toolbox and that one worked. thank you for the tutorial i really needed it!
im not sure why but i followed the tutorial and it works but not when the key hits it, like as soon as i run the door is transparency 0 and cancollide off and the lock is on the floor, any ideas why?

Nvm I fixed it I just had the spaces all wrong
How can you do that after opening the Door the Key gets destroyed or used like in doors after you opden the door the Key disappers
inside the function do Tool:Destroy(). this completely removed the tool from the game
@@trixscriptz Should I apply that to the script in the door? And how do I make an enemy npc be able to open the doors after they have been opened?

actually i see that its now 100 robux the tool grip editor
I found out a way to make it work without the grip thing, make a part for the handle, where ever the parts FRONT is is where the key is gonna face. next weld constraight the Kelly to the handle, its hard ti understand but you'll get a hand of it

Very good video, But can you tell me how to make the key delete after the door opens like in piggy?
add a tool:Destroy() inside the function. this removes the whole thing completely.

@@trixscriptz also like piggy it needs to be one item only in your inventory do you know how to do that?
