Singers like vijayprakash get only 50 k for a movie song.... Its usualy only shows they get ... Arman malik doesnt get paid for hindi movies but charges for south songs of tamil telugu kannada ... He has sung more than 100 kannada songs... He charges around 1 lakh for kannada...

seek professional help bro, and I don’t know if it helps but you’re not alone, vast majority of musicians have a tough time in figuring this out, don’t look at other skills as backup but as something that’ll reduce the burden on you of generating income from music, and please take up any task that helps you monetarily, even a little source of income will do a world of good to your confidence. I know it’s easy for me to say all this, but at times instead of trying too hard, we should let it go for sometime and explore other options, it’s not same as quitting. My family is surviving somehow and I'm not able to help them in anyway out. And let's say if I quit music and start doing other things, don't even know what should I do. I don't have time to learn other skill, to be get educated to be get paid enough. Feels like music was the biggest baddest choice I've ever made. Because all of these thing can't focus on practice can't learn anything even in music, started loosing my "the only" skill as well. Started 8years ago with guitar, learnt so many styles. Started uploading videos on while the covid thing. Gained 7k organic followers, some online students as well. Slowly realised that you must have to be a singer in India! Now learning hindustani classical without a teacher. Don't know where it'll end me up! You're one of my ideal, following you from a long time and you helped me so much if it's mixing tutorials, career options, insights of the industry. You gave me the confidence back then to be an indipendent artist. Don't know how many times it happens that I lost all of my hopes then saw your video where you were sharing your journey.
