I am Originally from Brazil, and I love your videos, I have been living in NZ for 2 years. You are so calm, organized and Joyful, your videos are comforting and you inspire me do thing better at home. You also resemble a lot with my mom, who is also passionate about gardening and DIY Projects
Regarding work hours, I'd say most employers are willing to work in some sort of flexibility if you need it. Some full time contracts are only 37.5 hours, others will let you work from home at times if you can, some part time jobs will allow for late starts and early finishes for parents or days off during the week. It just depends on the type of job and how you approach explaining why you want to be flexible. Some companies give more sick days and more annual leave too 😊
Thank you for another awesome video on moving to NZ! My husband has over 10 years experience in the CNC industry, and there seems to be a huge shortage for his skill. I'm a photographer, and I have been wondering what the job market is like for photographers. I love doing family shoots, new borns, etc. How is the market in NZ for freelance photographers? Sorry for the super long question lol!
I'm sorry, I don't know about job availability in that field, but hopefully this link will help - it specifies salary range and job avaialability: www.careers.govt.nz/

Hi Jen! Have you got all three citizenships now?South African, British and NZ?
Nope, just British and NZ, our SA citizenship fell away when we became NZ citizens. We didn't feel we wanted to keep it.
of all the places to move to you chose Nz? weird, as a kiwi i would look elsewhere. Guess the grass is always greener on the other side
