Well, it doesn’t have the Ring mechanic from MARIO SING AND GAME RHYTHM 9, it doesn’t have the “DON’T MISS” mechanic from Unbeatable, it doesn’t have the Writing mechanic from No Party, it doesn’t have the mechanic where Bad Mario jumps on your arrows and health bar from Bad Day, it doesn’t have the Dodge mechanic from No Hope, and it doesn’t have the Moving Window mechanic from Paranoia.
@@HonorJanas well because all of those on top of everything else is straight up unfair minus the paranoia gimmick. (And maybe also the one from Mario sings and rhythm game 9 I don’t remember what it does)
The dodge mechanic for no hope obscures your vision from the notes and the other two dodge mechanics,
The writing mechanic in no party forces you to put your attention elsewhere when you already wouldn’t have any time to get off of the notes to write with your cursor, especially with the bonzai bills from dictator and the coins from (idk the name)
The mechanic from bad day would put your notes far too close to the notes to be able to react to them in the last part.
And do I even have to mention the “DONT MISS” mechanic in unbeatable?

Small bit of criticism:
The Zapper shots being quiet leads to a lot of "what did I die to" moments
The fact that POW Block and Warning Block are assigned two different buttons makes this way harder than it needs to be. It's bad enough they're on two different time signatures (POW BLOCK: 1, *2* and WARNING: 1, 2, 3, *4* )
Aside from those things, this was fun and I enjoyed the challenge.
The zapper gun can't actually kill you and the POW and Warning being two different keybinds is intentional because otherwise it'd be reduntent to have both of them. Thanks for the feedback tho

@@OverZeelous I made it seperate because in the og mario's madness you can jump and dodge even if the attack is not happening so that would not be possible with the same keybind assigned to both of them
I like to think even without his Ultra M form, he still owns all the characters from the overworld thus is able to use their superpowers. Don't know if that makes sense though

Just beat it with all mechanics on and damn it is fun, but also very painful. The lava was the hardest mechanic for me.

Well maybe at act 4. The problem is, Costume, Coronation Day Peach, GB, SH Peach and Yoshi.exe, Beta Luigi, Stanley, and Wario Apparition don't have mechanics in their songs, so unless these mechanics are replaced with like other mechanics from other characters, that could come close to doable.

damn. i like how all of that mechanics is actually merged with song. its not just dumb spam, its smart spam. all of that things sounding suprisingly rhytmic with the song itself and thats very cool

@@TenshiKori Yeah, in the last segment of Mr. Sys's part (he's that guy wearing a tie) where it only shows your own notes in the center, and if you miss one note during this part you instantly fail.
It appears around 2:20 minutes into the song, don't know if the insta-fail mechanic appears again at the end of each character's parts (have yet to make it that far myself lol).
