Before the referendum, Brexit opponents warned about what was to come. This was cast aside by Brexit-fans as „project fear“. Now, 2 years later, it turns out that not only has everything turned into reality that Brexit opponents have always warned about, the post Brexit reality is far worse than one had even imagined!
The British are still moaning about the lack of access to the single market 2 years after Brexit and want to renegotiate. Also about Northern Ireland which remained in the single market (the only part of the UK besides London with economic growth).
interesting information, i guess its much easier for Northern Ireland to grow. London still going is actually impressive considering everything, does it still apply? Anyways, London makes the rich richer, in total you guys are screwed at the moment. I am happy they managed a soft border between the EU and UK in Ireland, its 2 years already. Dislike the situation, greetings from Cologne.
Germany has many good comedy/satire shows ,, the Gërman "Heute show" is good I recommend "Die Anstalt" its slam bam satire/ comedy its 10 times better..
Brexit is a nice thing if they can handle the extra cost of everything now... ex-pats from the UK living in EU countries went from EU-citizens to immigrants. Trade with EU countries will need to pass through customs, raising the price of everything for EU and UK... EU will just trade with another EU country, far easier. UK, have no idea. Tourisme from EU to UK, customs... real pain in the ass. There are a lot more things like laws, tax, working force,... but i am an EU-citizens so i see it out of my negative perspective, hope people in the UK see the good from it
I’m from the uk and a lot of ppl hated the eu here so it was probably for the best we left and of course brexit is shit right now because we chose to do it in a middle of a pandemic
@@oceanfive5 you been planning this since 2008. Do not blame the pandemic for the situation you are in right now... The UK is just slow and didn´t know how much the EU was involved in your trade, law making and work population.
@@ryuu6205 and yes we’ve been discussing brexit for ages but nothing happened since everyone had their own opinions, we only officially left in 2020 during a pandemic and we had boris Johnson as pm and since then we’ve been changing pms like it’s nothing, u really think our government knows what it’s doing? If we had someone with half a brain we’d be semi alright, majority of the public might wanna join the eu again but I see it being pointless
@@oceanfive5 you got what you wished for, just hope the EU puts a real fine on you people when you try to negotiate those 2.000+ EU laws you are still using
11:39 As late as it is since you asked: The Vorwerk Thermomix is like a self-heating pot-blender combination. I never understood that thing. They are also expensive as hell.
I have not been to the UK so I don't know the truth.... But maybe that they had 3 different prime ministers in 2022 is the answer whether the UK is doing good at the moment...
Does the UK have problems? Oh well. There were promises, after that everything will be much better. Instead of trading with the immediate neighbor it is much easier to trade with Australia on the other side of the world. Instead of selling tax-free in a big market around the corner, it is much more rewarding to trade with the world with taxes. Instead of paying into the EU money pot and getting money from there for structurally weak areas, it is much more rewarding when the English politicians are having parties. Instead of sticking to recognized international norms, it is much more worthwhile to transpose those norms into national law and then say we don't need to stick to the international norms anymore. Instead of recognizing the high EU-wide human rights, it is much more pleasant to give the British their weaker national rights. Instead of a passport with the right to enter many countries, it is much more attractive to hand out a passport that opens fewer doors. Instead of the economy in the EU recovering, it is much more attractive for Britten not to be able to keep up economically The main thing is that the British are proud of having been a great nation in the past. But instead of thinking about how great they were, they should do something else. Maybe they should solve their problems instead of blaming others for them. But they won't get anything from EU wallets. By the way, they can have the necessary medication and vaccinations as before. The EU are not monsters. And if there is any humanitarian problem, let's find a solution.
My favorite comedy piece regarding Brexit is The Brexit Song - LIVE from Foil Arms and Hog Regarding the economic effects the Financial Times made a good video: The Brexit effect: how leaving the EU hit the UK | FT Film. For your channel probably too long however it is an interesting video. Both are on RUclips
Brexit was good. Sheep farmers in France, Germany and Austria breathe a sigh of relief. Finally higher prices for the meat and no more competition from England. Politicians in Brussels breathe a sigh of relief, finally no more objections from London. Belgian fishermen relieved. Based on a document from the Middle Ages, they are allowed to continue fishing off the English coast. Farner in the EU relieved. Cheap harvest workers are withdrawing from England and looking for work in the EU. The truck driver number secured in the EU. Non-English truck drivers seek their jobs in the EU instead of on the island Economy strengthened in the EU. Companies from the UK are relocating to the EU before Brexit. The countries in the EU satisfied. English people residing in the EU take on another citizenship to stay there. It was a pity for the EU, but not traumatic and soon forgotten
Nice Video and i have a video suggestion: i saw that you already covered Volker Pispers once and you seem to really like his style. There are other vids from him on capitalism and so on. If you like a video simular to the Heute Show i would suggest you look up "Extra 3" there are a ton of videos on RUclips on a lot of topics. I think you will find something you like
the only people getting canceled are the ones who had no humor to begin with. And the only censors that exist are the law. Disliking stufff and not wanting it is not the same as censoring and canceling.

Look at England's inflation rate. And empty grocery stores.
