I have been "trial and erroring" this, with great results.. i was working on whites with hints of colour.. i have the sweetest purple and turqouise pastel shades now. I'm still trying to suss the last pair (of 8) digits though.. usually its FF, AA ,or 00 (00 seems to be fior light colours and aa for dark try any combo of the 3 and one WILL fit) NB You need to input 8 digits after a hash mark in the "inspect element panel" part of the website to use a "disallowed" colour
