What a shame this lasted only one season. I always watch shows like this and I have been reading a few books that deal with the German occupation of the Channel Islands. Good books! Too bad a show like this didn't last longer. But I will watch what there was of it.
Yes it was a good mini series on itv years ago u can buy it on amazon dvd as hard to find full episodes ive looked!!
Sad, I heard the writer died, so, no more shows. Were still watching reruns.

Uk series are usually 3 eps per season so you are lucky to have 6 eps
I remember watching it years ago and really find it gripping
It ended with some of the men being taken away by boat last scene and that was end of it
Very unsatisfactory ending bit there was only the one season
Also hoped it would come on tv again on Pbs but never did
That's because the writer suddenly died, it was meant to continue
