Ah yes, shadows. Don't get me started 😅 After the upgrade last week, the shadows feature was removed. I contacted Canva and their reply said they're taking shadows away in the new editor 😭😭 I'm uploading a new video today to talk about some workarounds for shadows until we can convince Canva to bring them back!

Not only do I now feel more comfortable creating a pattern, I learned that I can drag a margin line, etc. Yay! I am smashing the subscribe button. Cheers!

Maybe they're rolling this out? I have a Pro account and don't have any of these features yet. 🤷 I'm looking forward to the layers one being available.
most likely will be full roll out after their march 23rd conference, I dont have the update but other people on my team do lol guess we just werent lucky

Brilliant video, I have all of the features that you went through. Love the blue lipstick 🤣🤣(by the way I'm still smiling as I type this). I was able to remove a spot on my chin!!!
Oh me too, I was a bit disappointed. Hopefully it comes back soon, I can't really foresee them getting rid of it for good. You can revert back to the old editor and use the drop shadows as they were (and you can still come back to the new editor, it just clears some editing when you go back and forth). I've just created a new video on some shadow workarounds.
Mine has disappeared since the update, although I'm not sure whether that's permanent or just a hiccup with the upgrade. I'm trying to find out though, I'll let you know what I find.

I still can not understand where the LINK sign/tool is ? I have some zoom meeting where I use my zoom link to invite people. I don't know why I am not able to link/ attach this zoom link anymore. If you know a way or a new feature can you help us please? Thank you! Keep smiling))))
Hiya! Thanks for watching! Yes, the 'Link' button has moved. It's now located in the menu that appears just above an element. If you click on the element you want to link a small menu appears directly above it (I think you'll see the 'Group' function plus three dots to expand that menu. Expand the menu and you'll see more options including the link button. Good luck! Let me know how you go.

Is 'shadow' still in your canva under effects? I do not have that function in mine (it's PRO).... odd. I have the other 3 you have.
