The Banshee Reel: Irish Fiddle and Viola

Happy St. Patrick’s Day 2023!
In this video, I’m playing a popular Irish reel on the fiddle and viola as a duet!
Many times, the note fingerings between the fiddle and viola are different, and this tune is one of them. But it’s one of my favorite reels to play on the viola. I also play the viola by ear (or figure out the fingerings) and in the key as the tune is written.
