it looks like the soldiers were allowed to change into dry socks and boots after getting wet in the sea; if the training is meant to toughen them up, then why dry boots?
Hello! Thanks for your comment. They actually walked 10 km in wet boots and socks before changing. And after that the boots themselves were still wet. So i can assure you it wasn't a walk in the park. 😉
