They need to do a Maple Sugar or a Snickerdoodle, or a Molasses Crinkle, or an Pecan Pie or SOMETHING besides pumpkin! Fall has so many other flavors and depth to it than just pumpkin spice!
I 💯% agree. There where so many different fun directions they could have gone and different color stories. Instead we get pumpkin again and orange again.
The OG pumpking spice palette looks nicer to me colour-wise. I'm also so sad that this year isn't tin cased bc packaging plays a big role in my makeup collection 😭
I think it is nice they do a similar one every year. If you missed last years you know there will be a new one this year. Collectors will be bored but there are so many other palettes and their color story is always usable.
I have the too Faced bonbon palette because I love cool tones. If they ever made a cool toned pumpkin palette I would probably buy it. I also got their mini Christmas palette last year because I'm a sucker for scents.
You literally have so much lid space for your look! My makeup always features pretty bold eyes and that’s my favorite part 🥰 I don’t have any of the top faces palettes and I had a holiday palette before but didn’t love it cuz it’s super powdery
JUst got it the other day from the sales at S. and tested it directly on foundation which I did not set with powder and I did a full face look with all the shades like I normally do with Too Faced palettes and they workout out great!!!
Relieved it didn’t come in the tin packaging cause now I’m no longer tempted in the least. That was the biggest selling point in the past for me, along with the scent

I think 90% of the Too Faced hate is really unjustified. They have so many incredible products. The Born this way foundation is still one of my faves. I also use their concealer. The bronzers are great. The liquid lippies are amazing. I have three of their eyeshadow palettes and all three perform great.
I last bought the sunset stripped palette from them and loving that formula. I tjink these holiday once are almost all the same ,so I'm skipping those. Great look though Morgan 😊❤👋
I work at Ulta. And even with my discount, I can't bring myself to participate in the TwoFaced palette hype. Maybe I'm not their target audience. Maybe these palettes are introductory palettes for those getting into makeup and they're great for holiday gifts. But for me, I haven't seen one that's interesting enough to make the jump. Also, my Peachy Mattes palette experience just has me apprehensive about what making another investment into their shadows.

word save your coin for other drops. Sometimes these palettes get discounted super low after Christmas. That happened to me last year and the year before lol

I watched a review where the person hated the shade More Please. SayiNg it didn’t perform and didn’t swatch well. Well, I e used it several times and I think it performs great! It’s not a deep bold black, but it’s a more subtle greenish black, might not swatch the greatest, but I had no problems at all using it. I quite liked that shade, it worked very well for deepening. I do wish there was a warmer deep shade also, but for what we got, it worked great.
I'll probably get it, but not until it's at least half the price at the end of the year/next year, haha. Something about the tin just hits differently for me.
I still use my choc bar palette from time to time even though I’ve had it for 5 years but it’s still mostly good quality. I also have the extra spicy gingerbread which is just so dry and the shimmers are crumbly, so I totally agree that the quality is never consistent! Thank you for reviewing this. I’ll pass but I’m definitely going to play with fall colours later! Xo
I have all of the other palettes and this one doesn’t really surprise me. I may wait until it goes on sale just so that I can add it to my collection, but I won’t be upset if I can’t get my hands on it lol

They need to make apple pie 🥧😄 I already have the other holiday palettes and it's good. Some of my ColourPop palettes can do better. I think I'll keep them as collection because they do have a good color story and the scent 🙂
oooh I'm actually becoming tempted by this, knowing that the quality is good.... I have the original Pumpkin Spice palette and I like it well enough, but I find the color story hard to work with personally, especially the lack of orange/gold shimmer shades. but these colors are exactly what I'd want in a pumpkin palette, for the most part 😫 I think the two could complement each other really well!
I like the second slice palette too, but I was really bummed about not having one basic highlight shade. I also really like that not so black black :-)

Idk I don’t think many people actually liked 2020 pumpkin palette. There weren’t tooo many people who raved about it. How ever the collectors still had to purchase it and enjoyed it . Imma collector of these palettes and I thought they were all so good. Gingerbread, gingerbread spice, pumpkin. I totally slept on the cinnamon palette. I will be picking this new pumpkin palette . Everyone who has received it or bought it actually like how it applied
I’m so tired of orange tones shimmers. I mean I get it, pumpkins are orange, but still. I do really like the mattes in the 2nd slice palette, I do like how the orange shimmers perform, and I do really like the color of the two shimmers in the top row, Pick of the Patch, and Whip it Good. So I can get some looks that I love without going too orange. Oh! And I do like the purple shimmer.

They are just collectibles at this point because there are better formulas out there I just buy them because they remind of my youth I’m 41 and go for other formulas but still I’m going to buy for nostalgia
I didn’t pick up the original Pumpkin spice palette. I wish that I would have because this one isn’t as good. Two duds in a row, Too Faced. It is so sad. We used to be able to count on the larger palettes in the tins. Well, they took care of that all together. No tins & no quality.
They could’ve added a glitter topper as well as metallic shades in the new one, a true terracotta metallic , matte periwinkle shade , or a smokier brown with all the other shades Maybe kept the green shade as well because I loved it in the original and come out with a duo liner to match the palette. I’m so underwhelmed by this years colour story ..
The fact alone that this palette comes in cardboard and doesn’t match ALL of their other tin palettes I collected in the past means I don’t feel the need for this one as it will bother me 😂
I've seen their reveal, this packaging seems so cheap. They need to upgrade their level, they do the same thing each year. I'll get their liquid lipstick though, it's my tradition and I love these colors 🤣🤣🤣
I think there are some quality discrepancies in these palettes. The one I swatched in store was awful, the mattes were dry and so patchy. The shimmers were just ok. Yours looks better. I can still safely pass on this with no regrets.
I personally find too faced formula too inconsistent and the only reason I ever purchased one of their palettes is for the packaging which tends to be really beautiful. This year… without the tin cased packaging I think I'm passing on it.

I saw the OG at Marshall's this week for 30$ CAD. It wasn't on my radar but now I am kind of considering it.
You shouls snag it. I have that one and by this video the new slice looks dry and lacks the colorfulness of the OG PS

Everyone knows that anything cardboard by Too Faced is garbage. The first Pumpkin Spice palette is BEAUTIFUL! I’m so glad I own it.

I would direct you more towards the Tarte! The shimmers are a bit messier in the Tarte, but so beautiful!!!!!!!!
At least tarte did something a bit more different for them this year. Too faced went from exciting to plain.
