Your also forgetting the Infinite Tsukuyomi, cos despite the Koto still being active, the Infinite Tsukuyomi was still able to hypnotise Shisui, so that counts too, right?
If memory serves right koto gives you five times the Sharingan effect which is completely busted you whole time is basicaly Ghost's that can be busted(Horroble joke warning)
