We were late to this party! Busy with a trip to Disney World and then Christmas and New Year. BUT WOW! I'd love to join Teresa on this ABD trip to Disneyland! I'd love more information including, and most importantly, the cost for two adults!
I would love nothing more than to do this trip. As someone who is native to Los Angeles, there are things I get to be around all the time but I never get to DO, and I desperately want to. For example, my best friend lives directly across the street from Jim Henson Studios. I stood on her balcony a couple days ago and admired the view she got of the lot. Neither of us can go in there because we don't work there, nor are we in the film industry. The only way we'd be able to go into that place is if we went on this ABD. Another thing is that there are things people do on this trip that I could do on my own but would not feel safe doing so unless I was with a tour guide. I would never walk down Hollywood Boulevard alone, but it seems like the weirdos tend to leave you alone when you're with ABD. Of course the last thing is even though I'm at Disneyland all the time, and have even been backstage a few times when my high school would perform there, I want to see that place from a different perspective - which is aomething I know would be possible through ABD. So needless to say, this trip is a bucket list thing for me and I hope someday to be able to afford to do it. It's something I've dreamed about for years and I hope that one day that dream will come true.
You can't get on the Jim Henson Studios lot as a tour except for on an ABD or if you have a friend, but you can still access the lot sometimes for special events. For example, they do Puppet Up! Uncensored on the lot usually once or twice a year where you get to watch an improv puppet show.
@@DreamsUnlimitedTravel Yeah. Unfortunately I found out about that one a little too late this year. We saw an ad for Puppet Up and we researvhed it. Turned out that the last show of the year was that night that I was over at her house and it was already sold out 😅. But still, I'd rather go on the ABD. It sounds like a lot of fun, even as a local

Yes! Weve been on 2 ABD's and have 2 planned for 2024. They are amazing trips.
I would have loved to be with Teresa and Stella but 2 ABDs within a couple months was not in my budget 😢
