Dead Af I don’t think that he was in the middle where it would be completely invisible - but Baikal sea is indeed the deepest lake in the world with over 1600m.
Water freezes only at the top, so the water below it is normal due to something we call convection. Same applies when cold water starts to boil, the upper part of the liquid is cold n heavy so the warm water below it being lighter it moves upwards as the cold water moves downwards so the water becomes hot. All is through conventional currents
That was absolutely phenomenal! I really enjoyed it! I think it was a very amazing thing to be able to walk out on to a big body of water like that! Not to mention, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! Thank you for sharing!😉😊
Cool 👍 Lake Baikal (5,315 feet [1,620 meters]) Lake Baikal in Siberia, holds the distinction of being both the deepest lake in the world and the largest freshwater lake, holding more than 20% of the unfrozen fresh water on the surface of Earth. Why is Lake Baikal so deep? Lake Baikal is so deep because it is located in an active continental rift zone. The rift zone is widening at a rate of about 1 inch (2.5 cm) per year. As the rift grows wider, it also grows deeper through subsidence. So, lake Baikal could grow wider and deeper in the future.
The main reasons you don't see clear water like this everywhere are microplastics, overpopulation, and ecosystem destruction. It's a careful balance that needs to be maintained and it's sad to see the earth slowly be overcome.
Thank you for video. Sometimes people don't have money to see things around the world. And your this video also useful to next generation because in future there will be no frozen lake due to global warming.
Bullshit. Siberia seems to have cold winters for another thousands of years, maybe getting just a bit milder (currently it can be -45 in the Baikal region and -60 and lower in the north). That's what continental climate is, and no natural obstacles for cold air from Arctic. And if you think that Arctic can become warm in the winter, then you are very wrong.
It's not actually global warming as much as climate change. It's getting colder in some parts of the world and warmer in others. For example Russia just had one of the coldest winter's in 2018.
@@kiparis777 Okay yeah you tried to prove em wrong but you literally described global warming. It's warming but it's taking a SERIOUS amount of time. What if the fishes froze and when summer came they are still alive and swimming like nothing happened? 😂
fish and frogs and such can freeze, and they will be ok when they thaw out.
That’s called fish fingers.
@@stevep9041 😶
Water freezes only at the top, so the water below it is normal due to something we call convection. Same applies when cold water starts to boil, the upper part of the liquid is cold n heavy so the warm water below it being lighter it moves upwards as the cold water moves downwards so the water becomes hot. All is through conventional currents

Cool 👍
Lake Baikal (5,315 feet [1,620 meters])
Lake Baikal in Siberia, holds the distinction of being both the deepest lake in the world and the largest freshwater lake, holding more than 20% of the unfrozen fresh water on the surface of Earth.
Imagine the ice breaking and falling into the deepest part of the lake... 😥
Its quite thick i think

Well there will be frozen lakes. The icecaps are melting but that doesn’t mean all cold weather in the world will stop entirely
@@MoleRat1-vh5vv it's not a "natural phase" if humans are speeding it up.
@@kiparis777 Okay yeah you tried to prove em wrong but you literally described global warming. It's warming but it's taking a SERIOUS amount of time. Not even your children's children will have a huge effect by it. Ever heard of the ice Age?(not the movie) global warming and cooling has been happening for trillions of years. We just speed it up exponentially.
