Sir, i have all the skills of basic level & i have just completed Btech in Mechanical Engineering. As a fresher when i gave the interview in the different companies then they told me that we don't want basic knowledge, we want a person who is having expertise in these CAD/CAE softwares.
They told me that we don't want to hire a person with basic skills & further teach them in the company. Go & master it then come for interview with proper skills....

You have applied for wrong position. Join as fresher where basic knowledge is required. Stay in one company for 2-3 years gain skills as per company requirements and your interest.
