  • Dutch Style Aquascape Tutorial Step by Step Nano Dutch style Aquascape
    After creating many medium size Dutch style aquascape I wanted to create a small one this time. I used invitro aquarium plants and some trimmed plants from my plant holding tank. I also used DIY Co2 in this small Dutch style aquascape setup. I hope this tutorial will be helpful for beginners who are planning to start planted dutchstyle aquascapes.

    Question for you master . Why are you using carbon in this set up. It should pull out the fertilizer as well . Plants need that ??

    • @SlickNick3
      @SlickNick3 Год назад

      I’ve also heard the same that’s why I’ve stayed away from it

    • @Tropictank
      @Tropictank  Год назад +4

      Activated carbon cannot adsorb everything.
      Activated carbon adsorbs chemical compounds or organic substances with high molecular weight. It cannot adsorb the forms of nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and potassium (small molecular weight) that plants consume using growth. So don't worry about the nutrient deficiency caused by the use of activated carbon. For example, plants use nitrates as nitrogen nutrients, but activated carbon doesn't absorb them.

      Bu tür sistemleri kapatamazsınız şişe patlar! Ya da bir tarafından kaçırır! O yüzden tankta yaşayan canlıların sağlığı için su yüzeyinde dalgalanma yada hareket olması gerekir oksijen Oluşumu için.

    • @marvenmema
      @marvenmema Год назад +1

      It's not just to have a slope, but to hold it over time. You can make a slope with just soil but after many months your soil will tend to flatten up because of gravity and many maintenance sessions (cleaning the substrate, replanting, etc.) And you end up with an almost flat surface. So we use some techniques to hold it in place using rocks, plastic sheets, etc.
