Great video - love how the delusional hard-stuck 3.5 players come out of the wood work saying this is lower level even though this is literally a very recent event in a major tournament and these teams beat out plenty of high DUPR teams of various ages in this bracket to arrive to the gold medal matches. Don't entertain these trolls - everyone of them is a 5.5 in their mind but a 3.5 in reality. Recordings often look way slower especially when compared to pro play - pro play is insanely fast IRL vs. what the videos look like.
It must depend where you play, in that where I played for a 3 month stint, the 4.5's where much better than this, not to knock these guys, but it's fairly easy to see the differences, after watching 4.5 & 5.0's in tournaments of which I volunteered at.
The two young boys were excellent. I would not want to play either one of them. You can tell they play a lot! Great job on their part. Really couldn’t say anything negative about their game.
Young guys put it together. Opponents each had solid cut spin returns. Young guy in white handled them fantastically with great drops, and his cross court, back hand dinking was near perfect.
What set the two apart was consistency: Lil man has the drop, cross court and body shot, while big brother has the deep serve/ deep return and soft touch in sneaky shots. I even saw that lob 👀 I’m sure the other team was wore out, I saw good shots too. They were just too readable!
Good example of "Don't change a winning strategy." The TX team started out picking on the younger brother, and they were (more or less) in charge of the match. Then they started spreading around their shots and the older brother came alive ... which seemed to also energize the younger brother. (Also, the TX guy in the tank top seemed to run out of steam about 2/3 through the first game. Tournaments can wear you out!) Good win for the brothers. Congratulations! Team Hanlon's videos are easy to watch as TH almost always lets us know the score. It's often difficult to hear the Ref.
Great game about the younger team. I think notably the losing team hardly won a single point once they started forcing every single ball to the player in white. He completely exposed them
@335 young guy on right was snoozing. Wasn't moving with his partner which opened up the middle. @1628 guy in black hat looks at camera with that, I can't believe these young guys are kicking our ass on film, look. That was satisfying to watch.
Sorry, but those older guys got their asses handed to them by a couple of super talented young boys. Imagine what those brothers will be in years to come!
When the ball on court obviously didn’t affect your chances of surviving the overhead slam , it’s a point of honor to intentionally hit the redo serve into the net

Damn I must be a 10.0 these kids are trash
I'm with you, I see more of 3.5 mistakes but you only get better with doing. Good job guys love seeing the younger ones
Agreed. Came here to vouch that this is legit 4.5 play. I played a guy 4.4 rated last night and very on par with him

Thank you for taking the time to post this. Great game by the brothers.
The kid in white doesn't look like 19+ but daaaang, he can play! He has good form, good technique, and consistent.
I believe he's 12 or 13. Kids under 19 are allowed to play 19+ as well as juniors.
The kids are studs. The other one is only 16 too.
Cam just turned 12 !!
@@cycletrader1 What? For real? He has a bright future in pb!
@@Francthetank They both are! 🙌

Que clase dió ese niño, excelente, con que aplomo y paciencia activa. Felicitaciones
therapeutic match to watch... really controlled pace. is the near side team brothers?
Yes, they are brothers.
My guys! Coach Cam!! Repping Grove City! 😊
the future of pickleball is safe !

Older dudes should have mixed it up more especially adding some pace. Rattle the little fellas.
Amazing 12 and 16 YO'S!

Are they supposed in 19- group?
Those kids are good!
Kid in white is twelve. His brother is sixteen.
That kid in the white looks like he’s 12
I was giving him 13 maybe!
He is.
19+ is a misnomer. It's an open competition, not age based.
theres no way that little kid is 19+ years old
4:11 awful call by ref

Why is it called 19+ if anyone under 19 can play as well??
Title is just wrong
This is not 4.5 lol
This isn’t 19+ and it isn’t 4.5 smh
don't be that guy.
What is it then?
agreed.....must be a max of 4.5 but these are sub 4
You’re delusional man. All the RUclips comment hero with a 3.7 DUPR saying commenting “sub 4” should be required to post their own gameplay 😂😂
And like do you know how these guys are at least 4.5? Because they’re in the 4.5 gold medal match at the US open smh
Commentator adds nothing to this video.
Thanks for the feedback. Our primary goal is to provide the score.
updating the score is good thing. appreciate than complain
