Hi Francisco, Thanks for your great videos. Can you please do video or show me where is the park distance modulel location on bmw f01. It's somewhere in the boot but I can't find it. Many thanks, Joe.
Francisco, unos videos excelentes 👌. Por que no tratas de poner los links de las herramientas que usas en tus videos, así podemos comprarlas tocando el link y estoy 100% seguro que Amazon te da un porcentaje cuando compramos con tú código. Mucha suerte hermano
Francisco, I have an issue with my trunk opening by itself and sometimes not closing. At times I will try to open it and can see the trunk slide forward but doesn’t open....? Any clue on why?
Francisco Amaya I was on a windy highway and the roof trim on the right side popped out of place from the passenger side. The roof trim is tight moving twards the back but the front is still a bit loose, all clips are in place.. what do you suggest or even if you can do a video removing the room trim and putting it back together.
That accent tho… Lol, good video. I have a couple of questions. Did you use brake cleaner to clean off any possible contaminants from sanding the rotors? What did you think was the reason for the noise; did that solve the problem? I seen that the calipers had been painted, even the brake lines got some overspray, perhaps that was the culprit... What is your opinion on painting the calipers? I'm looking to get them professionally painted but FIRST, I am looking to service the brakes. They are vibrating when I reduce speeds from 60mph. Most likely its the rotors even though they don't look too worn. Do you think putting slotted rotors and ceramic pads make a difference on the life & performance of the brakes in general? I know that the whole purpose of your videos is to demonstrate that it can be done. I've worked on my cars and have done a lot, BUT I just purchased a newer 740LI and I really wouldn't want to mess something up so I know everyone hates the Dealerships but I don't really know where to take my car. Do you think I should go to them or maybe look up a shop that works on European cars? I live in South Florida, apart from the brakes I might need tires soon too. It mostly rains and is hot. Right now it has a Goodyear runflats on it. What is the best tires that you recommend for the type of weather that I live in. I do a mix of street and highway driving, thanks for your videos.
The brake pad sensor is on the driver’s side this is the passenger side. There is only 1 front sensor and 1 rear. Front is on driver side rear is on passenger.
Thank you, for your video Francisco it helped me a lot 👍
Hey Francisco, is bleeding the brakes necessary before or after changing brake pads ?
Thank you very much for this video! Your saved me thousands!
what about the brake wear sensor

ISTA specifically says not to grease guide pins. Contrary to every other car, but that's what it says.
Thanks guys
Hi,9mm is also the same size BMW X5 M50D?
Hi Francisco,
Thanks for your great videos.
Can you please do video or show me where is the park distance modulel location on bmw f01. It's somewhere in the boot but I can't find it.
Many thanks,

good video, btw i have exactly same wheels they look cool lol
Did anyone try the after market Drilled and Slotted Brake Kit like power stop or ebc on f02 model? And how the preforms?
You don’t need to bleed the brakes when changing them on bmw f01?
If you only replace the brake pads you don't have to bleed them. Just press the brake pedal couple times after replacing them.
Francisco, I have an issue with my trunk opening by itself and sometimes not closing. At times I will try to open it and can see the trunk slide forward but doesn’t open....? Any clue on why?
Does it opens while it is off or on?
Francisco Amaya it does not open when it’s off, sometimes it opens randomly when i get near it.
Maybe the key can be defective or the remote module in the car is failing.

You didnt replace the brake pad sensor. I thought it needs to be replaced everytime
No, you don't have to.
The brake pad sensor is on the driver’s side this is the passenger side. There is only 1 front sensor and 1 rear. Front is on driver side rear is on passenger.
How much will it cost to replace the rotors and the pads for the front and the rear?
The OEM rotors are around $400 each
So $1800.00, it will be cheaper if you get aftermarket parts.
Are your front brakes the M sport brakes?
No, they are conventional
No sound
