Beside Kuruma, if you want more speed and upgrade you can get Virtue (Super class - Electric car) for free through Dax quest line. Its can upgrade through Agency Vehicle Modshop (i dont remember clearly name) and can prevent more than 12 sticky bomb from player.

Honestly the armored kuruma is garbage for what its worth. I have gotten into a fight with someone using the armored kuruma and inly took 1 grenade from the grenade launcher to blow it up. You’re better off with the duke 'o' death since it has more armor and is more bulletproof because the side and back windows are way more covered in armor despite there being no windows
it can take just a single rocket/grenade... not a whole lot more than the Kuruma. Also, no, it isn't more bulletproof, that's not how it works. The kuruma has essentially 99% bullet resistance from NPC fire, you can just park in front of 30 NPCs with MGs and you'll only die in like 5 minutes whereas with the duke you'd be dead within like 15 seconds, it is actually a lot less bulletproof.

Plus the Duke can plow through traffic and still be able to get back up to speed quicker than the kuruma and I get that the kuruma has bullet resistant windows but I was talking more of while driving around because with the Duke the only easy way to actually kill you is through the windshield that's it
Buy a Deity and apply imani armour and missile lock on jammers. You have a performance sedan which is opressor mk 2 proof.(And has two front mounted rifles) Even if they still hit you, it can withstand 5-6 serious direct blows. Watch the mk2 kids go bananas.

Tip for the rh8, its actually a really good sports car but if you upgrade it at bennys it gets slower. So if you want a good car for the track dont upgrade it.
The jester race car was removed after Jan 2024, but you can still steal it from NPC in Director mode just go near the motorsport shop in Director mode and just keep searching for the car and you’ll see it Ok Edit: you can also find the car in story mode😂😂

For elegy transformation is very exspensive like 1 milion that's why dont buy at start do dex's mision's and get virtue for free
