While I don’t know Josh personally, full body tattooing is a practice in many SE Asian Buddhist monastic cultures, and it seems - by listening to Josh’s teachings and the lineage he studied under - that is the lineage of Buddhism influencing his teachings. Plus, if he didn’t have all his tattoos he would look like a nerdy dentist.
He is a recovered alcoholic and this teaching has helped him in his life, maybe look into yourself and close your eyes and listen, I wish peace upon you :)
It's only a poor choice if you're attached to what people think about you, or if it materially worsens your life in some way. If neither of those things apply, then what's the issue?
@@robertluttrell1958 As a rule of thumb people who get neck tattoos are bad news and ytou should avoid them if you do not want bad things to happen to you too. This was more true in the past when neck tats wwere less popular, but it still applies. It is about psychology and these type of people, i am sure this escapes your knowledge base. So to keep it simple neck tat=LOSER.

Thank you!
