Amazing! Impressive treehouse! We've got to have much courage to climb to get to it! I'm from Rio de Janeiro and one of my dreams is to build one, but not so high! 😄 P.S.: After 63 stairs, I hit Like the video. 😉
Looks small at the first glance but was surprised how spacious it is inside. Very charming! I hit Like even before I play the video because I know it is awesome, even before seeing your suffering at the stairs :D Nice appeal bud :D
@@MikeWillTravel Yeah, that roll-up door is a great idea. And yes I am, and a fan of awesome contents and great friendship :) :) You're welcome bud! :)
That's a real treehouse for sure (connected to living trees and doesn't just use the trunks as pillars). General experience informs me the occupants are in for a helluva ride once the wind blows (I've learned that trees kinda resent being 'tamed')
Can you provide any information on the hike up to the treehouse? For those of us without awd or 4x4. I cant find any information regarding it other than 15-30 min hike. But no other information
I love treehouses and am building one myself. Does AirBNB not require rentals to be permitted to be covered under their liability? It seams like there is a wide difference between what in practicality is “strong enough” and what an engineer would sign off on for a permit and it looks like this would fall somewhere in the middle unless I’m missing something. Not doing this to criticize the build so much as looking for responses from people familiar with how AirBNB decides something is fine to rent.
Love your Vids Mate ....It's Thanks to Levi M Kelly....that I found your channel:)I'm here all the way In Sunny South Africa (Durban)....does this treehouse have a outdoor shower?
That thing is sketchy as hell. I am a master carpenter, and trust me, that treehouse is an accident waiting to happen. When that falls down, and it will, someone is going to get seriously injured or die.
The treehouse is remarkably well built but... I would not part with my hard earned money if I had to go down 50 ft down to a portapotty? of all places. Yuck. A dry toilet would've done much better.
I could never stay there as someone who wakes up twice a night to have to pee I would either following up down or off the edge it would be terrible either that or I get kicked out for peeing off the deck
I live in Manila Ph. now and since my youth in the US had always included a tree house, I am dumbfounded here because; so many people live in shanty's they built from scrapes, but they build on the ground in squattersville. I see all the very tall eucalyptuses, and various hardwoods screaming for a tree house build out: 60 to 80 feet in the tree tops. If I was going to live in a plywood shack it would absolutely be at least 50 feet off the ground and totally secure.
OK.... My vote goes to NC for the coolest Air B&B's...Putting in my request though.... Check out the cool log cabin Air B&B's in Libby Montana..... Would love to see a review!!
Well that was the biggest main concern here , where does one go for toilet ??? It can't be outside cause those stairs will make piss in ur pants by the time one gets off them. Though it's offgrid what does one do for bathroom??? Stunning location & perfect property except for the all mighty ( lack of ) bathroom.
@@bettycogswell9851 opps I must have blinked and missed it !!! Again great location and unique tree house wish the owners had spent sometime thinking out proper bathroom arrangements especially from a buissness point of view !!!
Definitely gave your video a like! We completely understand the difficulty of climbing those stairs for those shots!😂Great video of a great place! Thanks for sharing Mike!
This is one of my favorite videos! I love this treehouse!! I love that it’s off grid and that you have to climb 63 steps to get to it. Lol. The view is gorgeous! Thanks Mike, we’ll done!
Please like this video and subscribe so that I didn't climb those stairs 30 times for nothing 🙃😂 Thanks for watching guys!

How amazing! Reminds me of a high treehouse outside of Prague I went to. Also, best ad ever on the channel :)
I love Prague! Haha and why thank you :)
Cool tree house. Thanks for shooting.
Could work more emotional and descriptive qualities in narrating. Happy travels!
Totally unique tree house. Wonder if you could feel it swaying at all. Bet the views were amazing!
I definitely felt it sway a little haha. The views were epic!
Thank you so much for this treehouse video Mike. Love love love it. Very impressed with your videos as you are so thorough. Thanks

You should see the tree house at the enchanted forest. I use to love it as a kid super cute and. Cool place treehouse was my fave
Love all your videos🔥
Thanks so much! 🔥
I’d feel a lot better, if it had grounded support beams as well.
I agree, I'm scary.
Felicitaciones que casita tan bonito Otro nivel
I cannot describe how awesome this is! Fyi the Appalachians in VA are equally beautiful:) Good ppl, too!
Thank you! I've been there years ago. Need to go back :)

Yessir there's a lot of outdoor deck space which opens everything up! And you are a loyal subscriber ahaha thank you 😂😂
@@MikeWillTravel Yeah, that roll-up door is a great idea. And yes I am, and a fan of awesome contents and great friendship :) :) You're welcome bud! :)
WOW !
Wow indeed! :)
You sure those huge blocks you threw in fire pit were not seats to sit along side fire 😂
Hahaha good thought 😂 Nah the owner showed me how to do everything!
Hahah okay 😂

Yep
Such great ideas. Looking forward to creating & building our own treehouse air bnb in KY shortly!
Wohoo best of luck! Let me know when you're finished with your new build!
Mike you know those large blocks you burned, weren't they impromptu chairs.....
Ahaha they were not. Doug the owner demonstrated everything for me. He takes his fires very seriously!
You could totally have small shower and compost toilet up their

I really like that three house but it missing toilet and a small shower tho.
🤩Wow🤩
😍😍
God forbids thunderstorm coming
Needs a slide down
Ahaha hell yeah!
Is some of the parts in this video rendered/ Animated?
wondering why does it look like there's a loft? Nice tour though!!
That's some of the upper windows in the main bedroom area!
Did those stairs spook you? They're pretty high
I'm not scared of heights! I get for some people it definitely would though.
You didn’t accidentally put their seating in the fire pit did you?
Love your Vids Mate ....It's Thanks to Levi M Kelly....that I found your channel:)I'm here all the way In Sunny South Africa (Durban)....does this treehouse have a outdoor shower?
Hell yeah Levi is the man! It does not have an outdoor shower unfortunately. It's about as off-grid as it gets haha
Awesome !!!. Just curious do you have to meet building codes and what is the wind tolerance for the structure?
I'm assuming building codes had to be met. I was there on a pretty windy day and it didn't sway too much!
That thing is sketchy as hell. I am a master carpenter, and trust me, that treehouse is an accident waiting to happen. When that falls down, and it will, someone is going to get seriously injured or die.
@@BornN2Grave1 I was thinking that. Yikes!!!!
Does it sway a lot?
It did but not that much.
Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis ❤️
This is a new one lol
Did you just use their chair to start the fire? Like I’m pretty sure it was the bottom part of the chair.
Lol no it's not a chair. Doug the host showed me everything in person. He takes his fires very seriously
Now THAT'S a treehouse, not some house on stilts.
Exactly haha so many houses on stilts these days!
Such a beautiful tree house. But those stairs are a no for me.🚫
Fair enough!
Truly, a novel writer’s paradise, but...a little too high for me.
😳
😁
No potty
Eh, didn’t care much for this one. But thanks for all the videos you share
Sure thing!

It is a good exercise, climbing 62 steps 30x.. 😁😁😁.. Fan from 🇵🇭 here 😊😊😊

Very cool, my wife walked by and glanced over my shoulder. She just said "no way" and kept walking lol!
Hahaha love it 😂

The totaly going to need to do some work that tree practically dead
but… how do you wash the dishes? with the water jug? 🤔

Whew talk about a cardio workout! It is a nice place for the younger, athletic folks. Congrats to you for conquering that staircase, Mike!!!!!
Haha thanks, Blenna! Appreciate you watching!
Not as our main house but let's build one of these as well
