Just trying to figure out how hector in his head justifies keeping the leeches shiit I mean "content creators" in the house when they produce nothing. Hecz is the CEO of optic, deals with business calls/meetings every day, checks up on all of his teams and tries to get them everything they need, manages a family at home everyday, and yet still manages to produce and edit daily vlogs every. single. day. Yet the content creators who have close to 0 responsibilities and do literally nothing daily can't seem to put out anything other than like 1-2 videos a month.
Its because they are all legit family to each other. They are friends

The thing is they have all done things in the past under the OpTic name and if I was hecz I’d allow them to stay as long as they contribute to the brand and helped grow it at one point or another also they are basically a family.

I showed him to my, at the time best friend and he came back the next day to show me optic after binge watching scump all night. Since then, i've been a huge OG supporter.
