Excellent presentation and has helped me decide I'm going to get the full spectrum done to either my Canon 6d or my 5 D mk4 ......are both cameras ok to Modify?
That last image of the full spectrum modified 5DS canon is absolutely stunning, with this in mind, was this shot using any solar filters during totality, as I’ve heard during totality (only) that it’s safe to remove any solar filters? And regarding your image, if I were to get a 5DS camera full spectrum modified, should I also get the AA filter removed?
Watched the whole thing! Thanks for such an interesting presentation. Would love to see you with some of the newer cameras (not sony) that claim to have incredible low noise iso performance like a panasonic S1 or a EOS R. Quick question. What do you think of the EOS Ra camera? It's supposed to be a "revolution" in astrocameras but it just seems like they're copying you guys
I was looking at the Canon Eos R but the price just seems out of this world. I'll be getting my Canon D5 MK in done. still undecided if I'll get a 2nd mkii to do it too as the price is still dropping. I would need to buy 3 filters which is nearly the price of another camera.
Specers camera is very modifiction and repair i love my camera more now. Not only too take pictures of starrs i got a photo of an owl that caight another bird in mid flight in the night it was pretty dark. I never heard og owls preying on other birds i would think it is a pigeon
Fantastic Spence
This is incredibly helpful. Thank you!
Getting ready to bring a camera in for a mod and have been so underwater in understanding. Can't tell you how much this helped.
