Yeah Roshan addresses the same things multiple times because he knows his client is just saying "yeah" since he doesn't know what he wants. He handled it professionally

I think Roshan did it well because when it comes to suits - especially for a wedding - one need to be precise. A suit is worn. No room for error. Better to come across as " stroppy " - which I don't think Roshan was in this video - rather than getting the customer a suit which the customer ended up not liking.
