That’s not as much of a problem as you might think… they’re often described as one soul in two bodies. V is a baritone with a wide range. He can hit really, really high notes (listen to his solo Stigma for that). Jungkook is a pure tenor.
You did it! Well done! Now as you start to recognize their voices, you'll always know. Even if you're not sure between two by how they look (because of similar costumes or hair color/style, etc.), you'll hear them sing or rap & know instantly. When I listen to them in the car now (usually by myself), I mentally try to name who's singing each part in every song as sort of an ear training exercise. Like I said yesterday, they all have very distinctive voices, but they blend so well, they can emulate each other when needed, so I don't always get it right, lol. 💜
One of the things I love best about their dance practice videos is hearing their feet all hit the floor at exactly the same time. The practice vid for "Blood Sweat & Tears" is especially impressive this way (for me at least). Thanks for reacting to "Dope" - it's freaking amazing.

This was the first BTS song I listened to. It gives me so great meories. They got me since day 1. Bravo, you got it right the first time. It took a while for me too. Now I wonder how could I got confused! They are sooo different. At the beginning I couldn´t do it.
Usually when a member's verse/rap is playing that particular member comes in the middle position while others dance on the side That's one reason they do a lot of transitions and formations so that when a member has to be necessarily in the middle the choreo must fit it with runs and transitions

for tutting, a really beautiful choreography performed by Irene and Seulgi (members of a kpop group named Red Velvet) for their duo sub-unit ‘Naughty’! i really think their performance video & dance practice is worth a watch. one of the hardest kpop choreographies in my opinion! they did so well.

If you ever get mixed up with V and JK, V has a baritone, deep voice and wears a lot baggy clothes due to skin condition although he looks perfect and JK is Tenor and he has perfect pitch.

Cant wait for the MV reaction... and you should check out the dance practise and MV and live performance of Idol... it's more recent (2018) and shows them becoming more overtly proud of their Korean heritage on the world's stage. I LOVE this bangtan bomb they filmed of the live performance at the MMA awards 2018 they really went all out to show their excellence in stage shows and I'm sure you'll be blown away by their great dancing, professionalism and the Korean trad dance aspects they showcase, its fascinating!
Dope is alright in terms of difficulty imo. I think Danger, Fake Love, Mic Drop, Idol, DNA are more difficult. Baepsae is one of their easier choreos but it's #1 coolest for me.

Another way you could always recognise Suga (failsafe) is that he is the palest of them all complexion wise. Also all members are tall but Suga and Jimin are comparatively an inch or two shorter than others, but same height as each other with broad and slim physique respectively 😅
