However, honesty and being a judge with fortitude won out and he picked who he thought had the better chance at winning the competition against the other teams. USA only allows you to block someone who has not turned yet. And you have to block as you turn. You cant block someone after you turn and then they turn. That's not fair.

It's easier to focus on the performance, ur gonna turn only when 100% convinced and decide afterwards if u want that person so much u don't want another coach to get them. It kinda sucks no coach is safe after they've turned. It's not cool living under the pressure u must turn b4 sb else so u don't get blocked either, like in the US, but it's lit when u got the power over the others in both systems :))

I have PTSD from the loss of my Son. I take nothing away from Military PTSD. Mine is different, but awful in its own way. I have been blessed to have great medical care to help me. I saw Matt Gresham perform at Nanga Music Festival in 2009, he was amazing and me and my friend had a bit of a schoolgirl crush on him. But it's amazing to see him now and hear his story and his strength
I went through the exact same thing minus the having a singing voice! My best friend took his life and it turned my life upside down and he left kids behind. It just destroyed so many lives. I shut down, panic attacks, didn’t want to see anyone, couldn’t make sense of any of it! You are my hero. It is SO HARD!!!! Thank you for showing me that someone like me can move through this!!!!!!

I found my healing in Jesus Christ, especially the Eucharistia, confession,he is real, I also suffered from insomnia, depression, God heald me completely after I turned to HiM after age of 22
I was attack in my home the Man held a knife to my throat and I was very lucky I had 5 brothers that tought me how to defend myself and I caught him off guard by giving a a very hard kick in his shine and he fall backwards and the knife went under my chin he just must slicing my throat and he got away they never caught him and I have these horrible dreams of him setting on my bed with the knife to my throat and I suffer with fibromyalgia very seriously and I moved away from the East coast hoping the nightmares would go away, I pray every day and night to stop the nightmares, but my psychiatrist says it so deep in my mind and suffering with fibromyalgia so bad, I have to have a caregiver 24/7 to be with me. Thank you I know Matt's fear with this PTSD God Bless everyone 🙏💗

I have had my issues with mental health over the last 3 of 4 years and there has been days when I have felt the only way to end the pain is to take my life, thankfully I have very good support in place, not everyone is lucky like me! People who have never suffered with mental health are so quick to pass judgement but its something I would not wish on anyone.
Time heals PTSD, it doesn’t fully go away but it does get better, I know personally as well was there in 06-to 07 outside the wire 6nights a week, just keep living keep moving forward, as we fought for our brothers us that same drive to live know for those you love! Good luck brother

This is like my 10th time watching this since Dec2021, at a fairly low point for me mentally with different shit and college, and it was like it was meant to be showing up in my recommended. Since then he's been like one of the only artists I've listened since. Absolute favourite artist now

This block idea is not exciting. What it does is destroys the Voice talented singer from choosing the right couch to help the singer. The Voice was supposed to be for the singer contestant. To improve the singers voice to win. What this Blocking does is destroys a choice for the singer and that is wrong in too many ways especially when 4 chair turns. .
I see where that makes sense but If they did end up wanting them after. They can steal them in the battles if they end up loosing. So if the original coach couldn’t help then they could instead. I think the block and the steal options are great and make the show even more entertaining
@@ryancamacho3129 When I went in for the voice 2015no information about a competition.. It was just about the voice if good enough will get through. I was not one of them so not good enough.
As a person who is going through exactly what he explained, 1st health issues, then losing my mom, I only leave the house to go to doctors appointments. I have kids, family & friends that support me and after 2 years am working at getting back to work. Listening to music truly helps, even if it hurts. Well done Matt and thank you for showing me there is truly a light at the end of this PTSD tunnel!!

It hurts me personally when people doubt their selfworth. It took me a long time to see mine by myself. Don't allow anyone to ever tell you you are not worthy or not deserving.

How brilliant honestly I suffer with PTSD,and social anxiety it sucks big time not everyone can understand this till they suffer it just going out it makes you sick to the point of blacking out ,thank you so much for giving us hope to believe we can get there, great achievement mate

This is like my 10th time watching this since Dec2021, at a fairly low point for me mentally with different shit and college, and it was like it was meant to be showing up in my recommended. Since then he's been like one of the only artists I've listened since. Absolute favourite artist now

This block idea is not exciting. What it does is destroys the Voice talented singer from choosing the right couch to help the singer. The Voice was supposed to be for the singer contestant. To improve the singers voice to win. What this Blocking does is destroys a choice for the singer and that is wrong in too many ways especially when 4 chair turns. .

I see where that makes sense but If they did end up wanting them after. They can steal them in the battles if they end up loosing. So if the original coach couldn’t help then they could instead.
I think the block and the steal options are great and make the show even more entertaining

@@ryancamacho3129 When I went in for the voice 2015no information about a competition.. It was just about the voice if good enough will get through. I was not one of them so not good enough.

As a person who is going through exactly what he explained, 1st health issues, then losing my mom, I only leave the house to go to doctors appointments. I have kids, family & friends that support me and after 2 years am working at getting back to work. Listening to music truly helps, even if it hurts. Well done Matt and thank you for showing me there is truly a light at the end of this PTSD tunnel!!

9:04 It's moments like that i love the most. It's just a tiny bit in the entire video but those words ment the world to her. How a few words of kindness can instantly connect 2 people. It hurts me personally when people doubt their selfworth. It took me a long time to see mine by myself. Don't allow anyone to ever tell you you are not worthy or not deserving.
