I’m 72 years old and I think this is what country music is SUPPOSED to sound like. It’s 2024 and what some people listen to falls way short.
I am in my 50s and I totally agree. My Grandson calls it Chill music and he loves it.

Many thanks for the share. The country greats of that generation released so many albums of quality material, and so little of that has been reissued. And it sounds so good in mono. This is country music at its best and sounds as fresh today as the day it was recorded. Jean Shepard...what a wonderful legacy she has left us all.
