Really enjoying these Eric. Recently sold my gym business and am now also running a painting business while being a part time teacher. The difference in business models is huge. While the gym business kept "bleeding" money cause of high costs, I can now "stack" money and think about going full time since i'm keeping costs way lower

Can you ask like how they go about estimating what softwares app do they use etc

Virtually everyone I have had on the podcast either uses:
The spreadsheet provided in the PBP course
Or
Paint scout
At least for estimating.
The rest of the software stack used is a little all over the place.
