It sounds to me as if some chords including the F work better than others. Some because they can be understood to have a harmonic function that's analogous to the function of the DbMaj harmony, others because the chord shares notes with the following chord, or because the motion of the bass is functional. The more surprising ones need a bit more careful handling to make them sound plausible. Nice video! I think all players (and composers) can benefit from this kind of open exploration. 👍
