Hi! For the speed version you want crit chance, effectiveness and speed on your necklace, ring and boots respectively. If you are running the fastest version, the ring can have whatever main stat that gives you the fastest build. For the damage version you want crit chance, attack and speed as main stats. Crit chance as a main stat is the one that most of the times will give you better benefits stat wise. But usually this game will give us more crit damage necks lol, so using that as a main stat is not a problem at all.
