Perfection...start to finish. So far the best video I've seen on RUclips. Well done buddy,so young, and that smart? Texas has a real diamond. We need more of your projects,it's funn, informative and also useful for everybody.
I thought this was odd as well and I don’t know anything about plumbing- I’ve never seen those bands around any plumbing and I’ve lived in some crazy houses
People saying you're out of your mind? Really? A young lad building his second quality new build rental. As you say it's best to learn from your mistakes, it's hard to learn from others making mistakes. Fast forward 10 years and you're going to be in a great place. Good luck from Nottingham, U.K.

Have you considered building some small multifamily instead of single family to rent? Like a duplex, triplex, or quad. Thats what we are doing in NC. You'll have the same amount of equity but should be able to generate more revenue. The process would be the same. If you can build single family you can build multifamily.
You’re very smart bro u got two of the 3 lots next to each other and started your building process first to “your” liking and value with makes the 3rd lot owner have to follow suit after the value you already set in that space 💡💯💪🏾
Bra you motivation. Fr fr my guy. Plan on moving out Cali that way and had to switch my mindset. Been trucking and done a few flips out here but man keep doing what you DO bra! Salute!

Labor is ridiculously cheap down there... about $6,000 to frame the building....CRAZY. I got a quote 5 YEARS ago before covid to frame a 26x30 garage with 12 FT walls labor was $32,000!!! Plus material...Im in Connecticut, $4,700 to do your siding windows and doors..my house just 2 years ago I sided with vinyl 26 square and 13 windows that cost me 13,000 and i thought that was very reasonable. Labor is crazy cheap there
Its so cheap because his whole labor force are probably undocumented immigrants undercutting everyones prices allowing him to not have to lift a finger an basically just navigate an supervise.
Old video but in the future if you have this problem again. You can get the pipe relined. Costs a good chunk of change but you won't have to dig anything out or cut up your concrete.
That vapor barrier is to stop radon gas from penetrating up through the ground and becoming concentrated inside of the home along with preventing moisture.
You clearly don't live in Houston or along the coast... There are rules to building in a floodplain... Such as a certain elevation height that a house MUST be built at IE 1 foot, 3 foot etc. You CAN'T build a house on level ground in a flood plain, IT'S NOT ALLOWED BY THE CITY. When the permit is pulled the city will set the height the house MUST to be built at if it's located in a flood plain.

Porcelain = same colour all the way through, so if you chip it, it’s the same colour inside. Ceramic, is glazed, so the colour only sits on top and they’re easier to chip
How can I go by getting a copy or buying the blueprint of the landscape? it is amazing and I would like to start building 3 of those with different colors you is amazing keep up the good work
Curious, did you do the plumbing, electrical and mechanical prior to installing the siding? I know you didn't have a video for those 3 parts but, wondering how you did.
Sir, as an added small bonus i think it would have been nice to make a 5 second summary at the end of the video for all costs combined. Beside the honorable fact you even included all of them along the video. Not everyone is so open. Appreciated /bow

That door would be nice if the house was more secluded maybe on some acreage but wide open in a suburban neighborhood no way. People can just see right there into your house. Not to mention what renters will do to that door to attempt to create privacy.
