I have visited Moldova various times and frequently meet with Moldovans living here in the USA. Although I know how difficult it has been for many Moldovans to leave their country, once I visited various places there with the woman I thought would be with me until death do us part, I was able to see, read and understand the history of this wonderful city. And even though I left my heart in Moldova, I still think of what a great city it can be turned into if Moldovans and people like me that have learned to love it would decide to get together and rebuild it to it's full glory. I would love to see Moldovans smiling on the streets as we do here in the states instead of passing by without even lifting their eyes to see those that admire their history despite all they have been through.

I also visited my country, Iraq, I hope you visit the village of Iran and transfer the beautiful landmarks there. Away from differences between governments you are a citizen you have the right to move in all countries of the world and transfer the features of each country

WOW, you mentioned the man made lake in Valea Morilor park was entirely hand dug by the young communist league - I find that absolutely amazing!! Its no wonder why Moldovian's have such pride. I hope to visit this wonderful country some day!!

Its the truth. The state Moldova is in right now is partly to thank to all the corrupt politicians and leaders of the country. It is the least visited & poorest country of Europe for a reason. I love Moldova though, I’ve been 8 times.
