It’s a brand new 100,000 seater for me. Needs to have a fixed or retractable roof in order to be a 360 days a year venue. We should be looking to generate £250m per year from the stadium
It's amazing that they are still discussing over which one.. it's very obvious that any work on the current stadium would be expensive, plenty of restrictions e.g. max 87k in capacity only, and merely waiting for the next disaster to appear.. financially, it won't make sense to spend like a billion pounds or more, and having to amortize that over time, further weighing on the financials.. whereas building a new stadium altogether next door will add a new asset into the balance sheet, not affecting the P&L.. and the club can plan better from scratch, including a bigger capacity stadium, integrated public transport as well as making the venue available 7 days a week and not only used on matchdays..
absolutely devastated at the thought of our Ancestral home being demolished you can't put a price on the History of the Theater of Dreams the day you tear down this sacred ground Manchester United is truly dead as a club
@@tdyerwestfield If you had bothered to read the plans properly, a new stadium built on a different site local means they will play at Old Trafford until the new stadium is constructed.
We should look further north and try and play at Preston North End we have a connection with our youth and our legends there, Sir Bobby managed there briefly and Be ham started out there along with other youngsters. It’s on the west coast line so easily accessible from Manchester too.
Yes we have rich history but teams like Bayern Munich, at madrid and arsenal etc moved to new stadiums, big clubs still go and win trophies and keep their history. I wanted us to stay and redevelop current old Trafford but as long as the new one isn’t far it’s fine, it’s literally next door imo.
When Old Trafford was being redeveloped after the war in 1945 United played for about 5 years at Maine Road, the home of Man City. It’s possible it could happen again
Hillsborough stadium and Villa Park was always the best stadiums back then they both always had fa cup semi finals World Cups Euros finals Still best old school grounds Back then them two stadiums was way better than the rest Hillsborough stadium and Villa Park are the best two and have best history
The amount of garbage A.i design for this new stadium is incredible. Not even seen one good design yet haven't seen any that looks like an intelligent concept with real architecture As you said it's just been utter slop
Should have like Sofi Stadium in USA - With Tech and Fan experience at heart . Its should like Massive icon Experience ( Coliseum of Football ) like Icon Disleyland in USA - England is Home Football and Premier League is Best League World. United is the Flagship Club off League and Stadium should Reflect it Threatre Dreams . Need Glorify English Premier League / United ( Sir Alex Ferguson / Best / Chorlton Cantona / CR7 and Manchester as Leading Sporting ,leisure and Media area in World.
I would give 10 years to be able to play at Etihad Stadium like New York are doing in MetLife stadium with the Jets and the Giants to give the good amount of time to rebuild an entire new stadium with no pressure of a deadline
United would never play at that ground. Embarassing. The new stadium will be build in a different place than Old Trafford so that's not a problem. And 10 years to build a stadium? Other clubs have done it in a couple of years.

Fan experience should at centre off Experience not just be kick off but from travelling to Old Trafford from Rail / Man Utd Stadium buses / Tours on the River before get to sradium . Then going to Stadium for Kick off . After maybe a Meal or Drinks and into Manchester City centre for a night out .
Camp nou will have a capacity of 105.000, and its going to take at least 4 years and more than 1B euros to build. And its only a renovation of the 1st and 2nd stand and a new third stand. How much time and money would Man United spend to build a completly new 100.000 capacity stadium?
@@nathanunitedheilbron5676 They are saying Old Trafford will have a capacity of 100.000 I dont know if its true or not. Im just pointing the facts. Would really appreciate if you guys stopped using A.I. images on your videos, I really like this channel and its disheartening to see A.I. being used where there are so many human made designs available
But notice that there are no official projects of the new United stadium, so it's probably better to make some creative AI than to show the old stadium for most of the film
What do you think Manchester United should do with Old Trafford-renovate it or build a brand-new stadium?
Can you do a video on possible designs

Man Utd could still play at Wembley during construction. Most of their fans are from London.
Yawn , we are a worldwide supported club as you well know.
It's possible we build next to & bash OT down only after the new one is done
@@WilliamHay-u1k I think playing at Wembley is more likely than playing in Beijing.

If they build a new stadium, it needs to be a similar iconic design like the current one. 100k people is too big for a good view and atmosphere.

World Cups
Euros finals
Still best old school grounds
Back then them two stadiums was way better than the rest
Hillsborough stadium and Villa Park are the best two and have best history
Hopefully the keep the fans close to the pitch
That money should be spent on London like buying new bins for residents.
Goodison Park is another option but any ground is a big hit on profits per game.
WHEN WILL THE CONSTRUCTION WORK START
You need to stop using AI slop for your videos. It's low quality.

This renovation project is just a big money spinning venture for the Glazers and Ratcliffe. They will make billions as they destroy the club.
