After coupons, recycling reward ect.. Final price went down to 740 CAD tax included, come with a free watch and cover, return my 12r bought during boxing week from Bestbuy (basically same price) and ordered 13r. Use 12r for a week and love it, can't wait to receive my 13r😊
I think it's funny how all of you reviewers think the 13r is built better because you're all iPhone people. Love that one plus made a phone that looks like an iPhone with a flat screen and flat sides. If you want a damn iPhone buy an iPhone
I guess "flat sides" and a "flat screen" is all about iPhone? What are you talking about? Most Android phones have had flat screens since the beginning of time, many of them with flat sides. Sorry but this channel is called ANDROID DIGEST. And I haven't ever kept an iPhone as my main phone. EVER. I am extremely familiar with them. I've tested them. Used them. But I will never ever use them as my main phone.
Yes. On sale. Pretty sure your phone retails for $600. And this phone is crazy incentives driving down the price. It charges faster than the pixel, it's faster than the pixel. A better display than the pixel. And you can get it roughly for the same price, at launch, with the incentives. The pixel has a better camera. I'm not saying that this phone is better technically than the pixel 8A in every way or anything. Just saying it's very very competitive at the price. I'm personally using it over the OnePlus 13 right now
I got mine pre-ordered and with that extra discount it came to $549. Subtract a $148 trade-in and it's basically $400 before tax. Also opted for the free ear buds in the pre-order bundle. And that Snapdragon 8 G3 will run circles around your Pixel 8a.
To be fair, not many phones will compete with that. This phone competes with the screen, with the speed, with the software, I guess the one thing you're missing is going to be that great zoom camera. These mid-range phones normally don't come with a good zoom camera. So the zoom stinks. That's really the big trade-off. Your phone may be slightly more balanced because you don't have to worry about having a bad zoom camera. Either way your phone is great and no need to upgrade unless you're ready.
What is there to like in the looks of the phone, it is deliberately made ultra dull and boring. I don't understand some creators when they praise even the bad aspects of the phone. Is such a review paid or made to please the brand IDK
Why are you the ONLY reviewer looking at the 13r? So tired of the rhetoric over the REG 13. Appreciate you reviewing the 13r, it was refreshing.

Yes it has esim
i wonder about the fingerprint sensor is it optical or ultrasonic couldn't reach an answer on oneplus website ?
Optical
Optical. But very very fast
@@AndroidDigest So sad i don't really know if it's gonna change the budget the company decided to go with but thanks for the replying
yes i also like this design way more than that of the regular 13 but this one has a slight thicker bottom bezel.
Is Dolby Atmos is there in 13r?
OReality audio
is it completely flat screen, or slight bubble cornering?
It's flat. The 13 has curves on the corner. I don't see any curves personally on the corners here
How is RAM Management - How fast the apps in memory get killed ? Or do they stay in memory (for many hours)? How many hours - can you test that?
On every video you are copy pasting same comment, Bhai😅
I mean I'm not exactly testing it for hours. But I'm not really seeing apps close out. Even if they did, it would take half a second to load it anyway
@@AndroidDigest It's not about opening of apps in half a second. It's about state preservation. Meaning if I have filled a form partially inside an app, and i press home, then go back to that app after 2 hours, will the app open with last opened half filled form , or does it open from scratch?
Right question to ask. @@PuneetMehra
Very good video 🎉❤
Thank you so much!
Does 13r have vapour chamber?
Still using 11r and its doing okay. Is it worth the upgrade or should i upgrade in a couple of years?
Upgrade is better but if you can wait for one more year don't upgrade.
@Devi_1 I guess I will upgrade when 14 launches next year then
is it eSIM compatible ?
Esim is in the settings so I'm definitely assuming so
@@AndroidDigest thx !
I have tye pixel 9xl pro and i recently went back to my 12r and i gitta be honest 12r is so nuch better then the Pixel for me .only thing pixel does better is canera
599$ in the US (with 100$ discount for ANY traded in device) vs 769,00 € in Europe (extra 50€ for trade in)...
What watt is the charger that came with 13R?
80 w
Beautiful phone 😮
Oh yeah. It's gorgeous
Does it have equal bezels? It looks like it but I keep doubting it lol
What game he was playing at 7.12 timestamp
Mario Kart, Asphalt 9, Elder Scrolls Blades, or Angry Birds. I am too lazy to check the time stamp but you can find out based on these choices 😂
I may have to grab this phone
Helping people to get what they need without spending megabucks
Goddammit OnePlus the display is top-notch 👌💪
Peasant style. Why I couldn’t pull the trigger on the regular 13. Wouldn’t be caught in peasant status 😂. 13R looks same as 13 IMO lol
Im probably gonna get the 13 last time i had oneplus premium model was ineplus 7 pro ive owned 6t 7pro 8t 10 t and 12 r so far and i kove 12 r just dont like curved screen
What is the phones max zoom?
20x
20x
No eSIM support. That's a big missing.
He said it support esim. What's the big deal with esim enlighten me.
Hy sir, please make a zoom on the Moon whit One plus 13. I would like to se the quality
This phone has wireless charging? 13r
No. I mention this in my full review which I just released
Don't like the design but Am gonna order one
Why is no one else reviewing 13r
I outlined that in my actual full review. Which is already out. There was embargo until the 10th. But people still could release first impressions. I think people were just caught up with the OnePlus 13
Love from India but this price costly 🥺
I'll never understand how a phone that costs 200-300 usd in china costs 600 outside of it
i ordered the 13, im in italy and the 13r comes in only one variant 12/256 for 769 euro which currently is 792 USD!! total robbery
Between OnePlus 13R and iPhone SE 4/16E Google better bring something better than Ai gimmicks with Pixel 9a.
"how did OnePlus get the price down to $599" 😂😂,are you sure they got the price down?
Ty
I can only afford this phone. The 13 is out of my reach, unless it comes to T-Mobile.
No sounds bro
$850.00 in Canada in cdn…..$1250 for the OnePlus 13
After coupons, recycling reward ect.. Final price went down to 740 CAD tax included, come with a free watch and cover, return my 12r bought during boxing week from Bestbuy (basically same price) and ordered 13r.
Use 12r for a week and love it, can't wait to receive my 13r😊
In my cuntry is 750 euro and no charger. F that.
Too bad that the price in Europe is garbage. 770€ is a joke.
This phone is pointless against the ZenFone 11 ultra, it's available at the same price.
Darnold qas exposed sunday night
599, lol i wish!
If you bought it before today or up until this morning, you could have got it for $549 before trade-in.
The phone comes out to $450 if you pre-ordered and traded-in any old device
750 euros in Germany 🤮
There in Europe 789 Euro. Not incredible 🤬
Motorola edge is a good phone
🙌🙌🙏🙏
600 for a budget phone...😂
I paid $400 for the pixel 8a
Yes. I'm personally using it over the OnePlus 13 right now
@@AndroidDigest my one plus 12 is broken would you consider switching to this phone
Got the 13r for $545 with a free $229 smart watch and $137 back from trade in
You will get $130 instant price deduction, AND a free $229 OnePlus watch! This is really an awesome deal!
I got mine pre-ordered and with that extra discount it came to $549. Subtract a $148 trade-in and it's basically $400 before tax. Also opted for the free ear buds in the pre-order bundle. And that Snapdragon 8 G3 will run circles around your Pixel 8a.

I was gonna like and subscribe but the Vikings suck
What is the first game ?m
I can't see this phone competing with my S22U
To be fair, not many phones will compete with that.
This phone competes with the screen, with the speed, with the software, I guess the one thing you're missing is going to be that great zoom camera. These mid-range phones normally don't come with a good zoom camera. So the zoom stinks. That's really the big trade-off. Your phone may be slightly more balanced because you don't have to worry about having a bad zoom camera. Either way your phone is great and no need to upgrade unless you're ready.
The camera set on your S22U will be better. But the Snapdragon 8 G3 in the OnePlus 13R will outrun your S22U (it's the same CPU in the S24U).
Delusional people lol
@@AndroidDigest I totally agree with you and appreciate the response
What is there to like in the looks of the phone, it is deliberately made ultra dull and boring. I don't understand some creators when they praise even the bad aspects of the phone. Is such a review paid or made to please the brand IDK
