    Really nice work there!
Looks like you are loving these as much as I am. I have a project coming up using all 3 effects paints. Can't wait to start that one!

@@patthemad1182 warming it and hitting it with some water helped to brighten it up for me.

That paint is like real moss that starts to grow on things... it's like black magic!

Careful people, this effect is great, but clearcoating the project completely kills the effect. This point is somehow missed in most reviews of the product sadly

I've got a bottle of this at home as well but struggled as of now to achieve effects as great as these. Could you elaborate on what you are doing each step? It is already mentioned in another commenct that you have to shake it very well, that'ssomething I have to keep in mind but apart from that it seems like you applied one coat of just the Dirty Down Moss effect on almost everything and after that went in with another brush with some water and tried (and succeeded) to achieve a more fluent transistion e.g. on the big rock. Is there anything else you could recommend?
When I used it at home it always looks like a green wash but definitely not that cool!

Just had a similar problem to you (don't even have a way to heat each surface XD) I found that thinner coats gave me a better result rather than thick ones. Hope this helps!!! Also shaking it a lot also helped

I tried the moss recently and it just turns out dark green. Even after feathering out, warming the surface and doing multiple layers.
Does anyone know the tricks behind “the magic”?

When it dries too dark, it is usually because it's not shaken well enough. You can check the bottom of the pot with a toothpick to see if there's a deposit. It can sometimes be really hard to mix by just shaking it alone.
You can also use water on the surface or by mixing it with the moss to make it dry lighter. Having multiple layers will also tend to darken the effect vs a thin, watered down layer.

they are from an UK company, so should not be to expensive for you to just order online if you can't find a local retailer i hope
