Oba zestawy razem byłoby najlepiej.quarty grają skrajami:bardzo ładne wysokie tony,cantony bardziej środkiem.
Wzajemnie uzupełniają się.
Przynajmniej w słuchawkach 😁

I also have the ergo series. The canton ergo RCL is a fantastic speaker. With a DSP you'll get a performance where you would have to pay about 4000 dollars. Especially the control unit enables 23 Hz -3db.

Die Canton klingt gut, die MB Quart besser. Im Gesangs- und Hochtonbereich ist die Quart etwas offener, was mir persönlich besser gefällt

Hi great sound from both systems indeed ! but in my humble opinion the sound would be much better if the woofers had a dedicated cabinet
The main vibrations generator is the woofer It needs to be separated mechanically from the other drivers Like a beast must be kept in a cage
I really do not understand why the concept of satellites above a bass box is not more popular A very famous example is the Wilson Audio WATT + Puppy I do not like towers for this fact I would always cut them in half and make two separate boxes I am sure the result would be better

I thnk MB Quart has a warmer sound, but i think the ergo is much more neutral

The Canton is bass portet while the MB is closed, is that right?

I have the line above the ergos, m60dc Karat which are fantastic, as seen in my videos,so having said that, my JBL L-7 will unfortunately smoke them in every category, Cantons have all butyl rubber surrounds that last forever, I have five pairs of different Cantons, fantastic quality way ahead of thier time, JBL L-7 ,unless you have gigantic living room , are not for you, Cantons gorgeous sound anywhere, happy listening 🙏

That titanium tweeter makes both pair of speakers sound unnatural and metalic... Huge speakers like those need space... otherwise the bass comes constrained and suffocates the music. Even though the MB Quart sound cleaner.. I doubt those harsh mids will will be tolerable for long periods of time... I woulda take the cantons and enlarge the hole at the front... just like in RCL

What Speaker do you prefer? I think the old Cantons don't harmonize so well with the old Yamaha amps.

I have already sold my Canton Ergo 100 and I want to buy Canton RC-L. I guess the difference will be small. This piece of MB Quart that I have is not inferior to the Canton and I am very impressed by that. I still can't make a decision :)
